Ordered a Canon 24-85 lense from Delta on the 30th of September and today is October 1st and i'm taking pictures with the lense,not only are they fast, but they were the cheapest seller i could find.

Ordered a Canon ST-E2. I have it in my hand now and I am a happy customer.

Fantastic service. I needed a specific lens for the following day. I called/ordered Tuesday morning and received it Wednesday(Brooklyn to So.Jersey using UPS ground shipping-I hate spending extra for shipping if not necessary)  
Delta even allowed me to pick-up at the local UPS center so I could receive it Wed morning rather than have to wait for UPS delivery.  
 
Their prices were significantly less than the competition and the shipping was actual cost.

I purchased a Contax Aria body from Delta International. I have nothing but praise for them. Betty was very friendly and helpful and shipped the camera on the day of the Order.  
The price was amazingly low (with a SEVEN year warranty) and the shipping charges were very reasonable considering the distance involved. It arrived in perfect condition five days later in the UK (including the weekend)so in effect that's three working days -superb.  
I shall certainly order from them again and long may they prosper.

I ordered a compete set of professional Canon photo equipment from Deta International and next to receiving the lowest price for requested gray market products without stripping the merchandise of all items included in a sales box I got a 7 year protection plan for each item. They shipped as promised and do not charge more than it actually cost to send the merchandise by UPS anyhow. Call Linda at 877-782-9840. You could not get more honesty and respect without any pressure to buy things you don't want! An excellent experience after dealing with all other companies who adertise rock bottom prices but do not sell as advertised!

Called to order a Pentax P645N II and they shipped it in the same day. A very pleased experience doing business with them.

I ordered a Sigma APO 50-500mm F4-6.3EX Zoom lens for my Canon D60 yesterday, 8/20/02, and received it this afternoon, 8/21/02, by UPS in record time and condition. I am very impressed with the price, professional and fast service that Delta International gives. By the way, I had the lens shipped all the way from Delta in New York to my office in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Delta International provides service that is unequalled. Friendly, courteous staff with great communication by email and telephone. I give them the highest rating and recommend all buy from Delta Internation for photographic equipment needs.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Delta International, and once again the service and support were great. The people there are friendly and helpful, and you get to talk with them without waiting on hold forever. The one time I had a problem -- a defective lens, not their fault -- they sent me a replacement immediately with no hassle.  
 
Delta is the best source for camera equipment that I have ever found, and I recommend them very highly.

Another great experience with Delta International. A few weeks ago I was shopping for the scanner. I put order with buy.com, but after a few days they changed my order status to BACK ORDERED, so I cancelled.  
 
I found Delta when reading post in photo.net (all good). Decided to call, talked with some lady (don't remember her name). I ordered gray market Nikon Coolscan IV (around 11 AM EST), and next day before noon I had it. They sent an e-mail with tracking number the same day. I used Fedex next day (or overnight) with very reasonable shipping charges. You can choose UPS or Fedex.  
 
My experience with Delta is at least excellent. Actually better then expected. Scanner came double boxed, brand new, never opened before. They gave two original manuals (one in English), all necessary connection cords, invoice and delivered product on time. No bait & switch and no pressure to buy anything else The service was great, The price even better!  
 
If I buy gray market I will use them again. If I buy US warranty product I use BH Photo.

Ordered a Sigma 15mm Fisheye lens for my Canon D60. They had it in stock, I paid less than $24 for FedEX OVERNIGHT shipping and received it within 23 hours of ordering it. The lens was in perfect, brand new condition, as I expected.  
I plan on doing business with Delta again and again in the future.

I've placed 3 orders with this company in about 6 weeks, and the experience has been excellent. I've had my orders delivered faster than I would expect from local vendors, and I've been kept constantly up to date on their status by both phone and e-mail. I have no doubt that I'll be dealing with Delta International again.
