Great company to do business with. When they found out the Leica spotting scope I ordered was out of stock they had it Fedexed overnight to make sure I had it in time. The follow through by phone was great.

This is the first time I have used Delta International and based on this experience it will definitely not be the last. I purchased a Bronica SQ45D finder, new with Delta warranty, for hundreds less than anywhere else on the net, in fact, even less than used mint condition versions. Shipment was FedEx Overnight and was delivered as promised. I can highly recommend this company.

Purchase Nikon D100 and Sigma 105 Macro, with no other merchants can lower the price and Fedex them to me just in 5 days to the Gulf at very less ($57 only) shipping charge.  
 
Prompt email reply. Very responsive: email them for D100 availability/not showing on their web, next day got the reply and said I can order online now as they already listed D100 on their web.

I ordered a SIGMA AF 50-500 F4-6.3 APO HSM from Delta International. The lens was $190 less than anywhere else I found (WITH A MACK 3 YEAR WARRANTY). I specified overnight shipping and they had it to me OVERNIGHT (even though they had a question about my shipping address). I will shop at Delta International again...no question about it.

I bought a 35 mm F2.0 Zeiss lens for my Contax G1 camera via their internet web site. The price was less than other internet sales firms, because the lens is a "Grey Market" product. With the purchase, I was given a Delta six month warranty for the lens . It was sent via the UPS three days shipping option. It arrived as scheduled.  
 
This is the second item that I have ordered from this firm. I tried the firm based on good reviews given by members of this forum and another web site.

Very responsive, ordered 2hrs before closing on a Sat.. Item was shipped that day and had a tracking number sent to me within hours. Will do business again.

Item was shipped within hours after I'd placed order. UPS confirmation for shipping tracking was sent to me immediately, and item arrived promptly. When I desired and exchange, they were gracious and gave me no trouble. Fantastic company; fantastic prices. I won't buy equipment from any other place at this point.

I purchased a Bronica ETRSI camera body. I did this relatively late in the day on Christmas Eve, and the package went out first thing the day after Christmas. It was shipped overnight. I am very satisfied with this company and will absolutely purchase equipment from them in the future. They also gave me a very nice feedback for eBay. I highly recommend them.

I've purchased two lenses (a Sigma 15-30mm and a Canon 24-85mm) from Delta, and a Nikon Coolscan IVED (not received yet). In all cases they have been very prompt to ship and the products have been entirely satisfactory. Users on forums like DPreview.com rave about the quality of their support. I haven't needed it, so I can't rate it, however. Once (for the Canon 24-85mm), they actually shipped me two instead of one by mistake. They had billed me for one only, and gave me their UPS account number to return the extra unit, so no harm done, but you have to wonder how tightly they keep track of shipments. They don;t give you visibility on the status of your order prior to shipment (their turn-around time is usually one business day, so it doesn't really matter). They send you a confirmation email with UPS tracking code just after shipping it.  
Delta International sells gray-market photo equipment (imported, typically from Japan or Europe, without going through the official importer). Their prices are usually, but not always, cheaper than the officially imported product (sometimes, "US" products have rebates that make them close enough that it's not worth going gray-market).  
Manufacturers differ in their policies regarding gray-market imports. Canon is liberal, Nikon will decline warranty coverage. Delta supplies a "Mack" third-party warranty for free with its products, it remains to be seen how useful those really are.

Delta was an absolute wonderful dealer to deal with. Email questions were answered promptly and to the point. I ordered a Canon 16-35 L lens "Import" of course but with a MACK 3-Year warranty. All accessories were shipped with the lens and the complete package was well package.  
Ordered on a Tuesday and package arrived on Thursday all for $14 Shipping charge.  
Delta's telephone people are very courteous and very helpful.  
 
I would highly recommend checking them out if you don't mind "import" product, but with a 3-Year MACK warranty and shipping, noboday could even come close to their pricing.

Ordered Canon 4000 scanner on !0/9/02, It arrived the next day,and had been packed in an oversized carton filled with popits,which was a good thing since UPS had managed to damage it,but the factory packed scanner inside was untouched, Excellent service.

This i sthe second time I have dealt with Delta International. I bought a Voigtlander 1.9/28 Ultron for $416 shipped to Denver. They have completed the transaction and sent me a notification with my UPS tracking number. They charged $10 to ship 3 pounds to Colorado. The shipment went out the same day. $10, not $25. I am sick of the bait and switch that other companies do with shipping. Delta does it right.  
 
I also had to call them to tell them to wait two days before they debited my account. They did this and when I was on the phone with them I didn't catch any grief. Try calling Cambridge Camera or aaaCamera to ask a simple question. They are rude from the start  
 
I have also bought a Leica 2/90 ASPH lens from them and the transaction went off without a hitch.  
 
Why shop ebay? These guys are golden, and their prices are usually in line of better than what I have seen on the auctions.
