This was my first order with Delta. It was great. Shortly after I placed the order I got an email with a question about the shipping address. I responded and within an hour I received a reaply saying everything was Ok and that the order would ship that day. It did. I received it and everything was as advertised. I'm pleased and will order from them again.

Great company to buy from. Used other resellers but now use Delta more than any other. Very helpful, always great customer service.

I ordered a lens from Delta and it arrived in time and the people seem friendly. Their returns are policy are good and hassle free. My only complaint is that when this lens became popular they jacked the price up by $22 in just a short time. They say it's the suppliers but I noticed they did not raise the price of the same lens for the other brands as much as the EOS. It seems someone was taking advantage of a hot selling item to make a few extra dollars. Would I buy from again Yes very much so. Overall I have been satisfied with my dealings.

Purchased a Sigma lens from them. Great price. The item was delivered on time. The lens recieved was even a newer version of the one listed on their site. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely do business with them again.

This was my first order with Delta International.  
They has the lowest price on an "imported" Sigma EF-500 DG Super flash.  
I placed the order on October 2, 2003.  
On October 3rd a very pleasant customer service rep called to tell me that they only had one flash left and that the box was damaged, but the flash was not harmed in any way. She asked me if I would like to accept that unit or wait until their new shipment arrived.  
I asked if I could return it, at their expense, if it were not to my satisfaction. She checked quickly with her supervisor and said yes. I told her to go ahead and ship it.  
Later that same day, I received an email notice that it had shipped.  
It arrived October 8th via UPS ground and I was a little fearfull of what I might find.  
Well, the only problem was a very small wrinkle in the corner of the box. Most companies would have shipped it without ever asking if it were acceptable.  
I am impressed!  
I will definately order form them again!

They had the cheapest price on for a place with a good reputation and delivered overnight when I needed a lens quickly. Talked to Henny about a shipping issue (must list alternate shipping address with CC company) and she was very helpful. I will go back to Delta for my next purchase.

Purchased a Canon Speedlight 550ex on a Wednesday after reading great recommendations at DPreview. Had excellent service on the phone. UPS ground was only $10 and I opted for the $19 for 2nd. day air. Deltainternational was great but unfortunately UPS rescheduled my delivery and I did not receive the package until Monday
