I purchased a Sigma 24-70 lens from them and everything went fine, shipped fast and good service getting the order placed. The lens was not working with my camera and it turns out that many of these don't work right on Canon 20D bodies. Sigma told me that they are working on a fix but it may take up to 2 months for that to happen. I called to return it today and got a total runaround. I told them to start with I had a defective lens and wanted to upgrade it to a more expensive model (with no known compatibility problems). I spent 30 minutes on the phone getting passed around. The end result? They have a 2 week warranty and I ordered mine on Feb 9th so I was no longer able to make any warranty returns. On a good note Sigma is aware of this and are really trying to take care of me.

I purchased a Sigma EF-500 DG Super (for Canon) flash from Delta Int. w/2-day shipping. They shipped the item the day after the order was placed and it arrived a day early (thanks, UPS).  
 
Shipping fees are a tad high but are well-compensated by their excellent prices.  
 
I bought a lens from DI this past summer and my experience was equally speedy. I'll continue to buy from DI!

Ordered a Sigma 12-24mm lens for Canon through Delta's website. Called them before I bought the item, just to make sure they answer phone calls and adress concerns.  
 
Promptly shipped the lens. It arrived in good shape, well packaged.  
 
Will buy from them again.

bought 2 Hoya Super HMC UV(0) filters for my canon L lenses. due to a minor error on their part, they didn't ship out when they said, but they upgraded it to 2 day shipping for the inconvenience with out me needing to request it (i paid for std. ground shipping). great way to keep the customer happy.  
 
i've purchased many hoya filters from delta in the past and will continue to do so.

I placed my order (Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 HSM lens) on Sept. 22 and received the product on Sept. 23 via UPS ground. Delta International offered the best deal online and fast customer service. I will definiately shop from them again.

Outstanding transaction. Prices were far better than anywhere else on the net. Arrived at my door in Canada 2 business days later, exactly as ordered. Highly recommended.

Very good service, I got my lens in two days. And the price is fair. Maybe do more purchase with Deltainternational in the future.

I couldn't be happier with the entire transaction. The lens I ordered was out of stock at many other reputable retailers (Sigma 70-300mm APO SuperMacro II).  
1) Deltainternational had it in stock.  
2) Deltainternational's price was more than 15% lower than anywhere else I could find it.  
3) Their shipping was only $9 (for my order).  
4) Had my order in my hands in 3 business days.
