Looking on their site I found a very good offer for a Canon EOS 1V camera and I placed an order.  
My credit card details were wrong and they emailed me the same day to ask for correct details. Once received there was a problem with my credit card and they emailed me again. At last I received my camera in Italy in four working days through FedEx. I then asked to book a very expensive lens, a Canon EF 70-200 f/2,8 L IS USM lens in order to wait to have room in my card budget and they kept it for me at the price of the day I booked it and charged my card on my instructions when possible. I already received my lens always in four working days.  
I'm now booking some more accessory that are not in stock and I'm in touch with their Customer Service on a daily base.  
I want to thank Henny, Molly and Betty from their Customer and account services because they are serious, punctual and very professional.  
Last but not least: their prices are gorgious
