The worst experience I’ve ever had! I ordered the item with 7 days money back guarantee to be able to try it first and leave it if I like it or send it back to the seller.  
I did not like the product and just wanted to ship it back . I sent 4 emails, tried to reach them by phone. No respond! No communication at all. I’m completely frustrated and looks like I have no choice. Please, be aware! Don’t make the same mistake! Go rather to respectful seller that you can trust , even if it costs you a couple more bucks.  
 

I purchased a Sigma 24-70 lens from them and everything went fine, shipped fast and good service getting the order placed. The lens was not working with my camera and it turns out that many of these don't work right on Canon 20D bodies. Sigma told me that they are working on a fix but it may take up to 2 months for that to happen. I called to return it today and got a total runaround. I told them to start with I had a defective lens and wanted to upgrade it to a more expensive model (with no known compatibility problems). I spent 30 minutes on the phone getting passed around. The end result? They have a 2 week warranty and I ordered mine on Feb 9th so I was no longer able to make any warranty returns. On a good note Sigma is aware of this and are really trying to take care of me.

Very satisifed with order. Purchased a Sigma 20mm 1.8. Although it was grey market item, I usually purchase this type and supplement with Mack warranty for nomal charge. Fair shipping, and no push for add ons. Salesagent, Henny was very helpful.  
 
Delta does not have a huge stock and selection, but if looking for mainstream equipment, they seem to restock regularly with the people who backordered getting first restocking. The price differentce between them and the usual NY online companies I buy with was over $70.

I was a first time customer, makeing me a bit nervous. Service was excellent and prompt, with no attempt to sell add-ons. I was particularly impressed with Raizy, the person who handled my order.

Ordered a Sigma 30/1.4 lens for Canon by phone at about 4PM and shipped in the same day. The lens was mis-calibrated (Sigma's problem), called them and they shipped another one immediately. The second lens is great! Wonderful customer service, the very nice lady dealt with was Raizy. Highly recommended!

They sell gray market Sigma products but they have excellent prices and service. I used to deal with Sarah, then Henny, and now Raizy. All treat me well. They are honest and trustworthy. I do recommend them.

Very fast response, extremely fast shipping. I sent them an email over the weekend inquiring about a lens and they got back to me first thing Monday morning. I placed my order over the phone on Tuesday and I received my lens the very next day. No hassles at all.

Again, this store is outstanding. I bought a Sigma lens back in September. I was having problem with proper focusing and afer talking on-line with other photographers, I realized that the lens was not functioning properly. I contacted Delta International thru Raizy who offered to replace it with another lens at the end of October. I received the lens within one week via UPS Ground. what can I say when I get the best price of my Sigma 70-200 2.8, that I have been seeking for a long time, the most sincere and very professional sales ordering from Henny, who was courteous and thru her knowledge, gave me THE BEST DEAL on a DG Lens thats superb! They emailed me the tracking number without any difficulties....If all you photogs out there are very weary about dealing with NYC stores or companies, I highly suggest you inquire with Delta International..FIRST!! If you do NOT see anything that you are seeking..email em!! They WILL respond to your needs and assist you througout your final purchase! I am a very satisfied and pleased NEW customer!!

I found this to be an excellent company... great service, great communication - offering the best prices on Sigma lenses. My recent purchcase of the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 EX, was a pleasure and went without a hitch. Kudos to Molly.

My first time to post a review on Delta International but my second time to order from them. I ordered Sigma 70-200mm F/2.8 EX DG lens, the most recent version. Their price was the lowest I could allocate, $20 to $100 less than other resellers. I placed the order after 4.0pm and item was shipped same day. I received an order confirmation and tracking same day. No pressure to order accessories or other stuff. Ground shipping was only $15 anywhere in the US. I received the package well packed and on time. There was an issue with the lens that I think Delta has nothing to do with it but it is a manufacturer QC issue, the lens had dust. But decided to keep and NOT to ask for a replacement since it was not affecting how it works. Overall good shopping experience.

This last purchase from them was #3. It is very unlikely that I would go to any other firm to purchase a Sigma lens. 99% of the time they have the lowest prices on Sigma lens. This was not the case for this last purchase. It was only a couple of dollars difference. Their honesty, knowledge and performance is beyond reproach. That kind of track record demands repeat business. All of my orders were processed the SAME day and I received the tracking information by the close of business. Their shipping charges are not those inflated ones you see from some of those NY merchants. They have won my trust and I will not go anyplace else. Good job guys!!!

It was my first buy from DI and I'm very satisfied with the cooperation with this shop.I bought Sigma 50-500EX from them.They agreed to send it to a hotel where my friend were staying and arranged the package to arrive on the desired date.Great communication,no email left without an answer.As a Polish citizen I was afraid of buying in US shop, but Delta International proved to be thrustworthy seller.
