I ordered the logitech Z-5300e THX speakers from pagecomputers. i found them on Froogle and they had the best price ($150 shipped) they came in a timly manner brand new in the box. i called and asked them first if the speakers were new not refurbished and they said they were so i bought them. VERY SATISFIED!

Ordered TV on Jan 21, 2007. After the usual 3 to 4 days of processing time, the item was marked as "shipped" but no tracking info. Inquired about that and got reply on the 29th that the distributor was out of stock. Waited another week, no info. Emailed & called to cancel the order, no response. Ultimately had to dispute the charge on my credit card. ** BEWARE & AVOID **

I've placed maybe 10 orders with Page for myself and for my business. All have been fulfilled promptly and accurately. Very broad selection of products, and excellent prices. On my short-list of companies that I don't hesitate to do business with.

I ordered a video card from Page Computers on 12-30-06. I received it on 1-11-06. I had read prior reviews from dissatisfied customers, which made me nervous about ordering from them, but their price was excellent. I did email them and finally received an email back, explaining that their phone lines and email system had been down for awhile. I am quite satisfied with the service I received, despite having to wait a bit for the shipment.

I ordered a Asus laptop from them on a Monday afternoon and the order arrived on Thursday morning. Everything came as advertised, easy ordering process. Will definitely consider using them again.

On Friday Nov 10 at 4:00 PM, I order all my stuff. Since it was late Friday, I basically did not expect anything to happen until Monday. Monday morning 11/13, I got a call from Page. Because the order was more than $2000, PageComputer needed to check up my identity with the credit card company to make sure this was a legitimate transaction. (THIS IS EXCELLENT). By Thursday, I got my Plasma TV via FEDEX and Friday I got my 3 accessories. I am one happy customer. I will buy from PageComputer again and again and I will recommend it to family and friends.

Ordered the item on 11/01 and my credit card was charged right away. My order stayed in the 'in process' status for four business days (they are closed Sat & Sun). I called on Tuesday 11/07 and they said I would get me the tracking number the next day. To my surprise the package showed up the next day before I got the tracking number. I noticed they had upgraded the shipping from ground to next day. I my case they just need to update the order status in timelier manner so you don't sweat it out after reading some of these reviews. Overall it took six days from the date I ordered to get the package. This is as good of performance as I have received from other on-line buying experiences.

I search the web for the new Canon G7 camera that was just released. I found Page Computer to have one of the lowest price for this new camera. I did wonder if anyone really had the camera as some may only be taking orders to fill later. I placed the order on Wednesday morning on their web site and the camera arrived the following Tuesday morning just 6 days later. I had checked the order status in the mean time and the web site only reported "in process". However, I thought I would give them a reasonable time and to me 6 days for ground shipping is great service. I will keep this Page on my list for my next purchase.

The first order I placed with Page Computers contained separate bill-to and ship-to addresses. I was notified that my credit would have to be verified before shipping. The order was placed LATE on a Friday night, and shipped with Regular shipping. I had the item by noon on the following Tuesday. Now that's FAST. Page offers great prices and delivers fast. I highly recommend them!!

Looking for a Photo Printer, I found page had best price ($71 vs average of $99), secure web site easy to use. Product was delivered 4 days after order via regular shipping (FEDEX) in perfect condition. I will probably use Page Computers for next purchase. Great experience

I placed an order with Page Computer late one day and found it waiting at my home the very next day. I was stunned. I have found them to be very responsible in responding to my email. I, personally, have had a great experience. They are on my list to use over and over. I've told my friends about it and they were impressed.

Hi I want to say you guys mad me mad I placed an order then looked up the stor I know I should of looked them up first but the site looked correct and prices were not out of this world but anyway i purchased a nexstar 3 external hard drive enclosure SATA and I came here and thought for sure i was going to be scamed and even called my credit card up and tryied to cancil my payment to them and guess what as i was on the phone the damn thing arived ups in 4 days flat these people are great dont be like me and judge them from these other users they did me good

Got confirming phone call from a nice young kid, he didn't try to sell me anything extra, just confrimed the order.  
 
Order shipped in 2 days and was received in good shape and as expected.  
 
Only bad thing was no confirming email with a tracking number. I had to send an email to their customer service for that, but they responded promptly.  
 
All in all, pretty good. I'm satisfied.

I ordered an HP laptop on Thursday Aug 17th. I paid extra for 2 day UPS delivery. I checked the site on Friday and saw that my order was on hold. I tried to use the IM feature to talk to a rep but it wasn't working or they were too busy. I sent an email to customer service and checked with my credit card company. My card had been charged successfully so I didn't get why my order was on hold. I played phone tag and email tag with their reps all day Friday and again on Monday. I finally got through on the phone and they had someone else call me back. By then I was furious as the laptop was a birthday present for my girlfriend and the party was on Tues the 22nd. I expressed my anger to the rep and she told me that all orders over 1000.00 had to be confirmed with the customer. She was very sorry. I told her that we had missed the birthday party now so I wanted the 2 Day shipping changed back to ground and the difference refunded. She did that and called back to confirm the refund. The next day the laptop showed up FEDEX in time for the party. At their expense for the expedited shipping. So for me everything worked out fine. There were some tense moments but they did the work and hit the deadline. So I am going to buy from them in the future.  
 
Thanks to Grace and Sarah at Page for making it happen and taking the bull by the horns. I was very pleasantly surprised
