WARNING! NOT A REPUTABLE DEALER!!!  
I ordered an Epson printer with supplies. The printer was said to be in stock but didn't ship for ten days. That's a nuisance, but they fraudulently sold me non-Epson ink cartridges that do not exist. These were supposed high-capacity cartridges. On arrival they turned out to be a third party ink cartridge that was available elsewhere on the web for 16.95. They advertise them for $99 but gave me a special bulk deal for $69. Similar deal with paper.  
 
After several phone calls I was refunded part of my money but was not allowed to return the fraudulently sold goods. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which already has a file on these guys!  
 
If you don't believe those of us who have said stay away, at least check with the BBB!

Contrary to the belief below that your camera is only out of stock when you dont buy accessories........its still gonna be outta stock! We purchased Olympus 3040z that when we called it was in stock. We ordered several accessories but only agreed to pay the price that B&H Photo had advertised, they agreed to give us that price as well. So, here we were thinking how great we came out on prices. We ordered our camera on July 5, here it is the camera has been 'out of stock' all this time and they promised us next day priority mail when the camera came in. Well, today is July 20th and they shipped it today 3 day standard UPS. Basically it took a month to get our stuff. I hope the camera doesnt have any problems or we are going to have to go directly to Olympus and not them because there is no way we would ever deal with this company again. Just note, we called them every single day.....bad attitude every call. I especially liked the way the charge showed on our credit card the day after we purchased the camera and here a month later we finally are going to receive our paid for merchandise.

Digital e Tailer's provided a very competitive price on the digital camera and the smart media card that I wanted. Although the company shipped the wrong type of smart media card to me, the company's customer service rep was courteous and very responsive concerning the replacement/exchange process. The exchange was made without to much hassle (given that any exchange is a hassle under the best of circumstances) and I received the correct product within a short period of time. My only concern with this company is the high cost of freight; however, the product price was very good even when considering the freight cost. If Digital e Tailer continues to offer competitive prices, I would not hesitate to use them again.
