Do not buy from icraveit. I purchased a refurbished xbox360 from them and it arrived with a defective network port. I emailed them to request an RMA. They responded by telling me to wait for an email where a shipping label will be attached. The email never arrived. I've contacted them multiple times since then with no response.  
 
I called Microsoft to see if I could have the item fixed. They told me that there was already a complaint logged for that console. The compliant? A defective network port. It seems that icrave it does not even bother sending in these units to be refurbished or tests them either.  
 
My last contact with them was to ask for a refund but, again I have not heard back from them. Avoid at all cost.

This service was horrible! I bid on one of the items from icraveit.com on ebay and won the item. The item description said it was a NEW item however, about four days later when I recieved the item (an xbox 360 controller), it was used! It had been chewed up on one side by a dog and had scratches all over it! The buttons did not work that well either. I called them about the product and they said that they had sent me the wrong item and that they would send me another controller (a NEW one this time!)So they sent me a shipping label and I shipped the old one to them. I waited for a week and never got the new controller. So i called and they said sorry we are sold out of that product. I was so angry! Don't ever use icraveit.auctions unless you want the same to happen to you! It is poor service. They said they would refund my money so thats one good thing I can salvage out of this.

My last order was charged twice for shipping but was corrected but the unit I received was not the unit I purchased. I was supposed to get a xbox360 with good seals an freezes. I got a haevily tampered with unit bad seals and dvd read errors. Honestly they are selling so many used xbox360s on ebay they are sending out random units to any one. The good seal stated in auction is very important thats why he stated that in auction but I got a bad sealed unit and heavily tampered with. I would not buy from them again as they have refused to correct the error.

It's priced cheap for a reason. CRAP!!! I purchased a recertified XBOX for my son's Birthday on the 4/30. It was delivered on 5/7 and he has had intermittent problems since day one but they were minor and would eventually start working. Now only 40 days later the machine won't even work at all. ICraveIt stands firm on their 30 day policy and won't do anything to help me out. Maybe it's my fault for not acting sooner, so the least I can do is warn other people. Their porducts are probably not of the best quality (thus the cheap price) and their customer service is AWFUL! The cheap price is tempting but not worth it in the long run.

I am to say the least extremely very upset with iCraveit.com and will probably never order from this company again. I ordered a drum set for Guitar hero 2mweeks before Christmas and 2days before Christmas eve I call to check on my order and they tell me there was a problem with inventory and that my money will be refunded and I should have gotten an email telling me so. Well I didn't get any email and now I'm stuck with 2 days to find an item that you can't find anywhere.  
I am very disappointed with this company!!!!!!

Received wrong item. Called customer service and they said they would email a return label to ship the item back. They also would not ship the correct item until this one was enroute or returned. Two days later, still no label via email. I called back and was assured I would receive one that night. Two days later, still no label via email. Can't call because its the weekend. Very Poor Customer Service. Will not buy again.

I placed the order for a refurbished printing calculator. The order went through and I got a receipt in my email. A few days later they canceled the order. No explanation was given. Very disappointing.  
 
I don't like the fact that they are partnered with Reservation Rewards at all. Reservation Rewards is a scam for unsuspecting consumers.

I ordered a calculator that was on sale and my payment was taken. The same day I received an email stating that my order was canceled. iCraveit refunded my money within three days. It was a generally positive transaction even though I did not get the item I wanted. I assume they were sold out of the item, but was not actually told by the company why my order was canceled. I would still buy from this company again, but it would be nice to get a little more info about why orders are canceled.

Item was as described and price was very reasonable. Would order from iCravit.com again.

Hi.. I had ordered Panasonic KX-TG9343T cordless phone from ICRAVEIT as this store had the best deal and offers on the product I was looking for.  
I got the deliver on the agreed term and the product was intact as manufacture's package.. so I got what I wanted with best deal via ICRAVEIT. I have used the product for last 7 days.. and it's working as expected.. so all to all this store provides you good deals and service for the products.  
 
Only Con I see is, at times the products are out of stock.. or are available with very limited quantity.. as i wanted to order 2 of these cordless but only 1 was available.. when i was monitoring this site for couple of days...
