I place an order for a Canon Powershot S1 from Express Cameras and then found these awful reviews. It created a fair amount of anxiety wondering if I would encounter the same problems as some of these reviews mentioned. I'm sorry that so many have had trouble. I, however, have had no such problems. In fact, the promotional items that were supposed to be included in my order were not shipped and after calling them to explain the items were shipped out and have been received. All other items were received within the timeframe stated and in excellent condition. Hopefully, this review will ease somebody else's worries and offset the negative balance regarding Express Cameras. Jeff T.

I contacted this store via phone and after ordering my Fuji S7000 camera, was contacted within 30 minutes of hte order to confirm that I was the one who actually ordered the product. GREAT SECURITY. During the same call, the sales person offerd me a free case with my camera,He assured me that the product would be sent out first thing in the morning. Due to a trip and my other camera breaking, I needed it right away. Shortly after walking into the office this morning, the camera was sitting there, waiting for me to pick it up. All the contents were in the box with the invoice. Everything was perfectly packaged and the entire experience was fantastic. Any time I need something that this company has, I will be purchasing it from them. The other nice thing,ExpressCameras had the lowest prices, which was a PLUS. FANTASTIC COMPANY, GREAT SERVICE.THANKS"

I ordered from Express cameras before finding out about this web site. If I had read the reviews here first, I would have never bought from these people!  
However, I did order from them, and I am happy I did. I received my Nikon Coolpix camera at the price I agreed to with the salesperson, and the product did come with Nikon USA warranty (It must have, since Nikon honored the rebate on the camera).  
I would recommend purchasing from Express cameras, as long as you are careful to ask all the right questions about order total and product warrantees.

I was very pleased with the delivery of a Minolta 5600hs flash unit at the price stated. Ordering went smooth by website but I had to call to confirm with the code on the back of my credit card. I was e-mailed with the Fedex tracking #. The unit does not appear to be a USA warranty unit, but at the price offered I really did not expect it to be. My original price search via Pricescan.com had it listed under US warranty units.
