They raved about the usefulness of the product, and I could see it was first rate construction and materials. Finally someone sent me the website address and I ordered my own. It came within days, was extremely well packed, and the instructions and materials were absolutely top-notch. The communication from the company as to order status, shipping, tracking, etc. was perfect. I can think of nothing that could be improved upon.
It turned out there was a minor issue with my order. I think it is extremely important to be aware of how a company responds in the rare case where there is a problem, not just how they respond when things go as they are intended. I should point out that I ordered my techbench from the "bargain bin" section, I was fully willing to take a slightly used or cosmetically flawed item to save a little cash.
The flaw was a very slight nick in the edge of the bottom board, not affecting use at all. I was quite thrilled to accept the nick in exchange for a slightly lower price. However, two holes in the board were not drilled through and were just pilot holes.
I emailed the company asking for help. They responded within a few hours with options for me to drill the hole myself, instructing me what size bit to use, or they offered to send out a replacement board THAT DAY. I decided to go for the replacement board and it arrived in 2 days with the exact items necessary to complete the setup. I received regular emails saying when the order shipped, what the tracking number was, and followups to make sure I was satisfied.
My techbench is complete and working. I know from talking to others that an issue like this is rare with highspeed pc. But I can assure you that they completely stand behind the product and will take care of any issues very promptly, going above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I will definitely order from them again due to the way they handled my initial order.

Overall experience is good. They have some watercooling stuff hard to find anywhere else.
Price is reasonable too!

Pre-purchase communication was awesome. Order went smooth on the website. Recieved shipment sooner than expected. Product works like advertised. What else can you ask for?! Thanks Scott!

First, the product is excellent -- exactly as advertised. Second, the shipping was excellent -- out the door same day via Priority Mail. Third, the item was wrapped better than anything I've ever ordered through the mail -- it arrived in great shape. Fourth, they included excellent assembly instructions with color photos -- very helpful. Fifth, when I sent an e-mail to their support people asking if I could order some extra parts they replied within an hour saying that they would send them to me free except for shipping charges.
This is a first-rate operation and I highly recommned them.

Great service, ordered at 10 pm, shipped out at 2 pm next day priority mail. They had a better price on the 120mm fan grill than anyone else.

This was my first Water Cooled PC project. I purchased all my gear over a couple months hoping it would all work and fit together. I encountered no problems what so ever. Shipping was very fast and when I had a question it was answered very quickly. Their web site was helpful and well laid out. Very Pleased with service and products.

My purchasing experience at HighSpeed PC was First Rate! I got prompt answers to all my email questions about their unique workbench. I asked for and received next day assembly and shipment.
I received my workbench two days later. It is exactly as described and perfect for my purposes!
I'll definitely consider purchasing from HighSpeed PC for my speciality computer component needs.

Having never ordered from HighspeedPC before I was sceptical but I had been browsing their website for many months. I turned to them to help finish off a watercooling rig I was putting together. The first order I placed was for an Innovatek HPPS 12v mofidified Eheim pump. It arrived almost instantly. I then placed another order for various hard-to-find fittings but this final order of an Innovatek Cool Matic NV40 (with LED) AGP waterblock blew my mind. I found it sitting in the "Bargain Bin" section of the site and was advertised as being "lightly used". It had been sitting there for quite some time but when I realized they were pricing it for almost $70 less than brand new I jumped on it. When I received it the block looked brand new and had ALL the accessories and hardware that originally came with the block. It ALSO arrived lightning fast. HighspeedPC has a customer for life in me. Thanks guys.

This was my first time ordering from this store and I couldn't be happier. I got exactly what I asked for and it only took a few days. I got an immediate email reply when I ordered and a second email the next day saying my item had shipped. Two days later, my item arrived. This is how internet shopping is supposed to work. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The quality and the excellent product's that these folk's sell is second to none.Ordering is a breeze with a fast shipping!!. I highly do recommend if you have not buy now to order your needed parts you will not be sorry.Keep up the great work HIGHSPEED PC!!. :-) Steve

I've now ordered from HSPC at least four times, and every single time it has been a model of ease, accuracy, and speed. Communication is excellent, items in stock usually ship same-day, and I've yet to have anything damaged in transport. The prices may be a little above what you'd pay at your local superstore, but it's well worth the savings in frustration and time. This review was modified by its author, lordulkesh, on

This is the first time ordering from HighSpeed PC and everthing went without a hitch. I wanted to purchase a Tech Station but they were out of stock. I Emailed an ETA request and got a same day response that they would be in stock within a week and sure enough they were. Arrived well packaged within 6 days from Ohio to Oregon; not bad. I will purchase from them again and highly recommened; I'll have to give them a big 10.

These guys are great. Here is what I liked about the way they handled my order for an Innovatek XXS water cooling kit:
1. Fast and extremely responsive customer service. Within a couple of hours, I exchanged several emails with them. They seem to answer emails fairly quickly (1-2 hours during regular business hours).
2. Speedy order processing. I placed my order at the beginning of the day and they shipped everything the same day. Some other online retailers charge $4 to get your order out the same day, and they don't offer any guarantees even if you pay.
3. Quick corrections. I complained about the fact that the waiting list link was broken and that the Innovatek XXS was listed as "in stock" on the main product page and "out of stock" when in the basket. Both of these were promptly fixed.
4. Attention to detail. Maybe this is not important to you, but it is important to me. When I got the package I was impressed with how neatly and precisely the packaging slip was folded in two and how carefully the items were packed. These guys pay attention to every aspect of the order, even those aspects of the order process that follow your handing the money over.
I can't recommend HighSpeed PC enough. These guys really earn their money.
