They raved about the usefulness of the product, and I could see it was first rate construction and materials. Finally someone sent me the website address and I ordered my own. It came within days, was extremely well packed, and the instructions and materials were absolutely top-notch. The communication from the company as to order status, shipping, tracking, etc. was perfect. I can think of nothing that could be improved upon.
It turned out there was a minor issue with my order. I think it is extremely important to be aware of how a company responds in the rare case where there is a problem, not just how they respond when things go as they are intended. I should point out that I ordered my techbench from the "bargain bin" section, I was fully willing to take a slightly used or cosmetically flawed item to save a little cash.
The flaw was a very slight nick in the edge of the bottom board, not affecting use at all. I was quite thrilled to accept the nick in exchange for a slightly lower price. However, two holes in the board were not drilled through and were just pilot holes.
I emailed the company asking for help. They responded within a few hours with options for me to drill the hole myself, instructing me what size bit to use, or they offered to send out a replacement board THAT DAY. I decided to go for the replacement board and it arrived in 2 days with the exact items necessary to complete the setup. I received regular emails saying when the order shipped, what the tracking number was, and followups to make sure I was satisfied.
My techbench is complete and working. I know from talking to others that an issue like this is rare with highspeed pc. But I can assure you that they completely stand behind the product and will take care of any issues very promptly, going above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I will definitely order from them again due to the way they handled my initial order.

This company is all about the customer! I had an issue with the credit card I used and when I supplied the correct information in nearly an instant I got a reply back saying that everything checked out with the new card information. Super job and keep up the great work!

Quick service, have not recieved the product yet, but was shipped same day as ordered.
Now that I recieved this product, I think it's a great thing, but the price doesn't seem to cut it. Let the price come down 10 to 20 dollars and I say it'll b more worth it. I could have made something similar for less if I had the time, but they had the convenience of having them now. So, all in all great item, and sorta okay price. Sorry for the inconvenience, we close up shop once a year for about a week in the spring to go on vacation, everyone deserves a break once in awhile. We had very clear notices posted on our site about our down time.
Anyone who knows us or reads these reviews know that a satisfied customer is our top priority. This customer never contacted us about any type of dissatisfaction. I can't help you if I don't know about it...

I ordered two by accident and only wanted one. Scott e-mailed me minutes after I made the purchase saying he had corrected my mistake and that I would only be charged for one. Then wished me a great weekend and thanked me for being a customer. I am very pleased so far. I cannot wait until it arrives. Thanks Scott!

The patience & response shown towards my enquiries were excellent throughout my whole purchasing experience. I ordered a customized tech bench that was supposed to ship to Singapore and I am very pleased with the product I received. The delivery was punctual and which is expected after paying more for shipping than the tech bench itself. This thing is so easy to assemble with the help of the included instructions and I strongly recommend this product. With the tech bench, swapping of components are so much easier and tidier. Excellent company. When UPS officially "lost" my shipment (long and frustrating side story) on Dec 12th (package had arrived at the local station Dec 8th but UPS would/could not deliver nor hold it for pickup), I emailed HighSpeedPC and received a response within an hour. They sent a replacement shipment via USPS Priority which I received today, Dec 19th.

Outstanding experience with this Seller who stands behind his service and procuct. Transaction could not be any better. Packaging of product is absolutely outstanding and delivery response time is quick. Procuct is as described which prompted me to buy another Tech Station. Elated with the product which met my needs. My pleasant experience with this Buyer's Company is as a result of his excellent management and leadership. Have no hesitation is buying from this dealer in the future.
