Happy with the product (PC Tech Station), but I thought the price a bit high, considering the contents. Moderately easy to assemble. Assembly instructions are pretty good. Cooling fan is very loud, despide being labeled as a "quiet" fan, but it cools the unit very well. It would be good if they offered an in-line fan-speed dial. No issues whatsoever with ordering, paying on line, or delivery. All went well in that category.

As a first time customer, the whole experience was absolutely painless. Navigation through the site was easy. Pricing was excellent. Checking out went smoothly. The email detailing the order and tracking data was very professional.

I like to build my own PC's and I use many stores online to get my parts. Most are fairly priced and a much smaller number take the time to ship an order quickly. Needless to say, I expected to receive the order in about 10 to 12 days. I was surprised when it was at the Post Office today !! (9-2-06) I think they are one of the best of all the sellers I use. They are at the TOP of my list when I order again.

TopDeck Chassis was shipped the next day via two day US Priority mail and arrived in two days. All looks very good and professionally done.
