It came within days, was extremely well packed, and the instructions and materials were absolutely top-notch. The communication from the company as to order status, shipping, tracking, etc. was perfect. I can think of nothing that could be improved upon.
It turned out there was a minor issue with my order. I think it is extremely important to be aware of how a company responds in the rare case where there is a problem, not just how they respond when things go as they are intended. I should point out that I ordered my techbench from the "bargain bin" section, I was fully willing to take a slightly used or cosmetically flawed item to save a little cash.
The flaw was a very slight nick in the edge of the bottom board, not affecting use at all. I was quite thrilled to accept the nick in exchange for a slightly lower price. However, two holes in the board were not drilled through and were just pilot holes.
I emailed the company asking for help. They responded within a few hours with options for me to drill the hole myself, instructing me what size bit to use, or they offered to send out a replacement board THAT DAY. I decided to go for the replacement board and it arrived in 2 days with the exact items necessary to complete the setup. I received regular emails saying when the order shipped, what the tracking number was, and followups to make sure I was satisfied.
My techbench is complete and working. I know from talking to others that an issue like this is rare with highspeed pc. But I can assure you that they completely stand behind the product and will take care of any issues very promptly, going above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I will definitely order from them again due to the way they handled my initial order.

Great product, assembly easy enough, 2 reset buttons but reset same as on so it's fine. Will buy from them again.

This is my first time ordering from HighSpeedPc.com. The website is informative and have pictures to show off their products which I like but I think the price for the item I purchased is high but they are the only ones who carries such item and I really needed something like that since I build a lot of computers for others and myself.

The price with shipping is equal to what I would have paid at the local reseller. The reason i purchased from the company was because they had a variety of color choices available, where as our local retailer only had one color available.

"Scratch and Dent" Tech Station from HighSpeedPC was in better shape than my "brand new" custom computer's case built locally. HSPC is professional all around: primo packing, prompt service, great assembly instructions, well-designed, informative website.

Prices are somewhat above normal, but shipping was prompt and offers products only found at their store.

Highspeedpc has been my source for all my watercooling needs for a very long time. I purchased my first kit from them years ago and I am proud to say it is still running today. I have since expanded it upgraded as time has past. Everything I have purchased has been high quality and the staff has answered any questions I have had in a very timely manner. Ordered items Sunday night and all were shipped Monday. Seemed to up to date as to "in stock" or "backordered". Notification was given both by the vendor (shipment #) and the shipper (shipment # and delivery date) so there is no waiting to know when delivery will be made.
This is what I like, a vendor you don't have communicate with to straighten out every little detail, gets the order out and done correct the first time. They don't save credit card info so you don't have to worry about it.
And they have some really cool stuff.

This was my first purchase from HighspeedPC. I was worried buying stuff from them for the first time. I contacted Scott Brown a week before Christmas 2006 asking him if he was able sell the Top Deck Tech station and ship it to New Zealand. From there I kept in contact with Scott through email. I asked him many questions e.g. what happens if my parcel was lost during transit etc and Scott showed a lot of patience answering my questions. I would say I emailed Scott every day until I placed an order and he replied back the following day. He was so hardworking and even replied on Christmas Eve.
I placed an order for the Top Deck Tech Station a couple of days after New Year 2007 and it arrived in NZ less than a week. After opening the box and making sure I got all the parts I noticed the motherboard bench surface was missing some holes for the motherboard standoffs. I contacted Scott and he replied immediately and was very apologetic.
Someone plotted where the holes should be but forgot to drill them. Scott offered to send out a
replacement bench surface immediately free of charge. He also offered to pay for the freight.
Scott was generous and asked me to keep the old bench surface rather than send it back.
The replacement bench surface arrived a week later and I noticed that one of the corners was dented.
I contacted Scott and he offered to work something out if I was not happy with the dent.
I hope that if you are reading this and considering to buy some stuff from HighSpeedPC for the first time, Ireassure you that they are a trustworthy company. From my own experience I can say that HighSpeedPC's customer support was first class and they will help you when things goes pear shaped after you bought stuff
from them.

This company has been on my favorite list for a long time, and will be for a long time to come. They have exclent product, FIRST rate service, and fast shipping. The support folks are on top of everything. They get back to you via email in what seems to be minutes, and its not automated, its an actual person. I cant say enough about this company.

Been a while since my last order from them, but they were able to trace back and see how long I've been getting my water gear from them, and even offered to send me one of their lab pieces for something otherwise out of stock. I've never had a company offer that to someone before, and this goes well beyond the normal "keep loyal customers happy." :)
