Purchased a case from them and did not receive an invoice via email. I sent 2 emails to them over the course of 2 days and no reply. We feel we just got ripped off by them, since they have not replied to our messages or sent us an email with the confirmation we purchased the item.
After all the mix-up we received the case on Wednesday 1 week and 1 day after the purchase. After opening the box the case was easy to put together. The case does its job, I just think it is a bit flimsy.
Good product, customer service just needs to work out some issues.

Not True. His order was received, processed, and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. We sent a shipping confirmation with tracking # which was sent within 24 hours of purchase. We completed his order promptly, efficiently and correctly.
No emails were received from him. It is possible that a spam filter or ISP blocked them, but none ever reached our inbox.
This customer won't get back with us after several attempts. Please read our other reviews before judging us based on this person's comments, or contact us anytime with concerns.

I am very dissapointed in this company(if that's what you wanbt to call them). I don't think this place is very big, it seems much more like a Mom and Pop store to me. I am not saying that is a bad thing in akk cases. However, it may case it didn't help matters.
I ordered an unlocking for my Athlon XP cpu. I ordered it on 9/7, which is a Saturday. On 9/11 of all dates I get an email saying "Our apologies for any delay in shipping your order. The store has been closed for the last several days due to family emergency." I understand if something happened it needs to be taken care of, especially if it's family, but isn't there someone who works there who isn't family? How big is this place? Isn't there some third cousin who could have at least let people know there was going to be a delay?
They went on to indicate my order was shipped on 9/11 and I should receive by Saturday at the latest. I am not like devistated or pissed off, but I would have hoped they could have had a little better communication for a company with a 10.00 rating. I am not saying I would never buy from again, but if Newegg has it I will buy from them first!

We had put up easy to read notices on our site stating that the store would be closed during the dates in question because of a family emergency. Under the given circumstances we did our absolute best to get all pending orders out (including brewzer420's) with only a two day delay. Most companies don't ship that quickly on a good day.
Since I feel I need to explain the family emergency, my wife had to go to the hospital on Sunday morning unexpectedly and delivered our baby, a couple weeks early. Because of having no notice about this event, putting up a virtual "closed" sign at the earliest opportunity was all that could be done. An explanation of the two day shipping delay was sent in the shipping confirmation emails.
How we operate our business should be of no consequence. We certainly are not a huge Newegg-like operation, mom and pop is probably closer, but why does this even matter? Since 1999 we've been giving stellar customer service, results are what counts.
I am sorry that this unexpected event caused even one customer to be unhappy. I wish he would've emailed me with his concerns because I definitely would have made it right, which we always do if there's any problem.

This is my first time ordering from HighSpeedPc.com. The website is informative and have pictures to show off their products which I like but I think the price for the item I purchased is high but they are the only ones who carries such item and I really needed something like that since I build a lot of computers for others and myself.

Prices are somewhat above normal, but shipping was prompt and offers products only found at their store.

Happy with the product (PC Tech Station), but I thought the price a bit high, considering the contents. Moderately easy to assemble. Assembly instructions are pretty good. Cooling fan is very loud, despide being labeled as a "quiet" fan, but it cools the unit very well. It would be good if they offered an in-line fan-speed dial. No issues whatsoever with ordering, paying on line, or delivery. All went well in that category. This review was modified by its author, stilest, on

We tried contacting this customer as to why their review shows them as "somewhat satisfied" but no response.
It's always helpful to let us know if something doesn't meet your expectations so we can make it right, then you would be completely satisfied!

Sorry for the inconvenience, we close up shop once a year for about a week in the spring to go on vacation, everyone deserves a break once in awhile. We had very clear notices posted on our site about our down time.
Anyone who knows us or reads these reviews know that a satisfied customer is our top priority. This customer never contacted us about any type of dissatisfaction. I can't help you if I don't know about it...

Great customer service! They went out of their way to contact me and fix a problem with my order to have it shipped out the same day. Paid for 3-day shipping, received it in two. Not to mention a great product - excellent quality. Just finished putting it together, looks great and perfectly functional for my needs. I will be ordering the larger version soon for another rig I'm putting together.

I ordered a Top Deck Tech Station Assembled - Large size from HighSpeed PC on 4/8/09 and it was put together and shipped out on 4/10/09 as promised on the order page and on my doorstep 4/13/09. Great product and service and i'll be back in the future!

Many of my friends/associates have the HighSpeed PC techbench. I always wanted one. They raved about the usefulness of the product, and I could see it was first rate construction and materials. Finally someone sent me the website address and I ordered my own. It came within days, was extremely well packed, and the instructions and materials were absolutely top-notch. The communication from the company as to order status, shipping, tracking, etc. was perfect. I can think of nothing that could be improved upon.
It turned out there was a minor issue with my order. I think it is extremely important to be aware of how a company responds in the rare case where there is a problem, not just how they respond when things go as they are intended. I should point out that I ordered my techbench from the "bargain bin" section, I was fully willing to take a slightly used or cosmetically flawed item to save a little cash.
The flaw was a very slight nick in the edge of the bottom board, not affecting use at all. I was quite thrilled to accept the nick in exchange for a slightly lower price. However, two holes in the board were not drilled through and were just pilot holes.
I emailed the company asking for help. They responded within a few hours with options for me to drill the hole myself, instructing me what size bit to use, or they offered to send out a replacement board THAT DAY. I decided to go for the replacement board and it arrived in 2 days with the exact items necessary to complete the setup. I received regular emails saying when the order shipped, what the tracking number was, and followups to make sure I was satisfied.
My techbench is complete and working. I know from talking to others that an issue like this is rare with highspeed pc. But I can assure you that they completely stand behind the product and will take care of any issues very promptly, going above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I will definitely order from them again due to the way they handled my initial order.

I think this is a great product for pc techs or people who are constantly trying to updgrade or change their system up. I actually submitted a recomendation before my purchase suggesting that the buttons/LEDs should be extended so that they could be placed more convieniently for use. An extension kit was included as part of my order which was great. But, thinking beyond that, maybe the extensions could be mounted to the "case" in someway. Perhaps to an expansion card header or elsewhere to the case. Regardless, this is a great product. Seems quit sturdy for the most part. The plastic bar used to attach the expansion cards in place seems a bit flimsy. I hope it stands up to repeated use. Same thing with the hard drive rails. Obviously, using metal can be precarious, but I would feel more comfortable if the were aluminum.

This was my first purchase from HighSpeed PC. They shipped my order on the same day. They sent exactly what I ordered - a couple of their test bench kits. There were no missing parts from either kit. The instructions included are excellent, and the tolerances and fit of the various parts are very good.

Received the "Large Top Deck" TechStation today 2008.09.25. Just completed building. All parts/pieces/HDWR were accounted for making my 'building' task simple but complete. The quality of your product is well thought out and MFG'D to craftsman standards. Your service is exceptionally fast. Thanks.
