These guys have the best prices on NEW equipment I have ever seen. My only complaint is they don't send an email when they ship your stuff. I sure if you contact them you can get a tracking #. Also, I didn't see anything in the order process that they require a signature upon delivery, so UPS tryed to deliver when I was at work. Which I could have been home if I knew it was comming that day, but I didnt have a tracking # to track the package. But thier prices make up for this definatly.

Very good priced AMD 1800+ system, even after adding shipping and WinXP. Called customer service to customize the system and talked to one very helpful salesperson.  
System shipped with a failing hard drive. They allowed me to return just the drive (instead of the entire computer). Return process was a bit slow, but once it arrived, everything is now in great working order. In the end, I got a top-of-the-line system for $100-200 less than any place else.
