Excellent pricing and very fast shipment. I ordered a barebones case+mobo+cpu. CPU was supposed to be INTEL P4 2.4GHz but the actual CPU shipped was a P4 2.66GHz. I don't know if this was intentional, but I'm not complaining.
The packaging was a bit funky, but that may be because I asked them to pre-assemble the unit.

I just purchases a P4 3.06G laptop with 16.1" UXGA screen for only $1699. Yeah guys, 16" screen laptop with P4 3.06G. At first, I didn't believe this deal at all. So I called them and talked to their friendly Sales rep. I am so amazed on how they explain everything to me and judging by our conversation, I was convinced that this company is a reputable company. Long story short, I purchased the laptop, got it within a week. I am so amazed with all the packaging and the laptop ease of use right from the box. And currently, I am typing this review using the laptop.

Utterly dissatisfied with the company. I purchased a laptop which for no apparent reason stopped working in the first week of purchase. I returned them the laptop within the company policy's 30 day full refund policy. Now they have deducted $350 from my refund, reasons - $180 for the 2 yr extended warranty I had taken on the laptop. Can someone tell them, if I have returned the product, I am not going to use the product and therefore I am not liable to pay for the warranty. $85 deduction for damages. Totally false claim. There was no damage whatsoever to the unit. The support person was not able to tell me what the problem was with the unit and therefore I had to send them back the unit. The unit was shipped back to them from UPS with full insurance. $ 40 for shipping me the laptop which the salesperson had assured me was being shipped free. The company is a big fraud and I would advise future customers to buy the product on these perils. It is much better to buy the product from some well known brand than to spend time, effort and money on this company. Oh yes, they took five weeks to get my refund after they received the laptop.

I bought a 3.06ghz 60 gig 1024gig ddr notebook from internetishop...not bad...actually realy nice, with the exception of some minor quirks (had to call techies)...won't alt tab on one program, althought alt tabs on others more grafically demanding...strange. Besides that--very good notebook.

The worst online buying experience I have ever had. These resellers are pathetic and I could go ahead and use all the four letter words for them if I let my true feelings prevail..... I purchased a P4 2.4GHz 533MHz LAPTOP 512M 60GB 2.5" NOTEBOOK from InternetIshop. The first time I received it there was a old CD in the CD drive and after 3 days the CD drive stopped working. iT just stopped responding. Contacted,CS and they asked me to ship the laptop back..it was fixed and came back in a few days then the day i received it i installed Win XP and after some time the whole laptop did not work .The power came on but no display no boot up. Was absolutely pissed by this time. Conatcted CS again and decided to return the laptop. Was told that I'd receive a full refund. After almost a month I received a refund 400$ short and on inquiring I was told that there were scratches on the laptop and the LCD had a problem. In all the laptop was with me for a week. The CS manager a guy named David was specially obnoxious and I want to take these people to court. If any of you know the procedure to do this please let me know.

ORDERED INTEL COPPER-CORE HSF AND OPTICAL MOUSE. RECEIVED HSF ONLY. NOTIFIED CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MISSING MOUSE AND THEY PROMPTLY OFFERED TO SHIP IT OUT. NEXT DAY. WITH BOTH ITEMS NOW IN HAND, I MUST SAY THAT THEY DELIVERED WHAT THEY ADVERTSED, AT A FAIR PRICE, WHILE PROVIDING NO-HASSLE SERVICE, AND I INTEND TO ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE.

The InternetIshop.com a online business dealing in PC hardware advertised a new shipment of GeForce-FX5200Ultra video cards. One hundred only available, regularly $219, on sale for $125.
Having done my research, I felt this was a very good deal so I placed a order with the company for one of the above video cards, product # VG-NV-8XFX5200. The description on my receipt lists this item# and the following description 4x/8XAGP-GeForce FX5200 Ultra 128 MB. I recieved the card and installed it in my PC thinking it was an Ultra not the regular FX5200, which is much cheaper.
A few weeks later I see an similiar ad on InternetIshop's website listing the FX5200 not the Ultra for $79. What do you know, exactly the same product ID # as the one they sent me as an Ultra. I contacted the company, they forwarded my complaint to their Tech. Dept and I get back an email stating, they made a huge mistake. It is my belief that all 100 customers probably got the cheaper version but paid for the more expensive Ultra.
All I ask for was the difference in price between $125 and $79 that the card I got was actually selling for. A difference of $46. They sent me back an email offering $35 as a refund. I called the company direct and ask to speak to a supervisor, his name was "David", Who's first response on hearing my complaint was "so" as if who cares. He was absolutely combative and uncaring at all concerning my complaint.
The company did send me an email offering a refund on the card if I removed it from my PC, packaged it up ,mailed it back ( I guess at my expense since no mention was made of it in the email) and I was subject to a 15% restocking charge.
This is a company that says they have 15 years of excellent customer service. It sounds to me like a company that may have deceptive and illegal practises.
PS. I sent an email to the company's administration link on their website about my complaint, they never replied back.

I ordered a laptop from these guys. It looked suspiciously cheap. I called them up with a toll free number they had provided on their website. A sales rep (who spoke english) answered the phone, after a brief conversation, it sounded like this was a legitimate company. I placed my order for a laptop that would cost (similar configuration as alienware.com, hypersonic aviation, etc) between $3500 and $4000. My laptop was only $1950. That’s with a 16.1” UXGA screen (1600x1200), 3.06 Pentium 4, 1024 mb RAM, (you get the picture). I’ve had this laptop for 3-4 days. Thought it was a little bit on the noisy side, and ran a little hotter, then I wanted it too (well, dah, it was running a desktop 3.06 CPU) and decided to return it. I though, OK, this is where the real test starts. Expecting a lot of hassle, I dialed the same phone number. After I stated my reasons for returning a laptop, they provided an RMA, and on its way the laptop went. The only downside, they take 4-6 weeks to credit your account. Personally that doesn’t bother me. This returning experience was far more pleasant, then trying to cancel an order with Dell, that hasn’t even shipped!! Way to go internetishop.com. You are great. Keep up the good work. I will most definetly recommend this webiste and this comapny to my friends. Off I go to spreading the good word about InternetIshop.com This review was modified by its author, xakep, on

I orderd a new laptop from these guys for school and work. I intended to use my laptop to telecommute by day and for school in the evening. I got the PC faster than I could have ever imagined. I ordered it on Sunday and it was sitting in front of my by Tuesday morning.<br>

So now its 5 months later and my computer has been in for repairs twice. THe first time I was stupid enough to send it back. It took 6 weeks for the thing to come back to me. This is unacceptable. Apparently in order to have anything fixed you have to send it to them, so they can send it to San Jose. This second time I am having it fixed locally so I don't need to mess with this nonsense. One thing I can learned about laptops is you get what you pay for. This place sells aat dirt cheap prices because the laptops are dirt cheap.

I recently purchased a 'Crystal Clear Acrylic Case With 500 Watt Dual Fan Power Supply, 4 L.E.D. case fans, 1 neon tube light and all the parts (screws and such) needed. I got the case, and half of it was already put together (instructions stated how to put it together, and he did half the work!!)! AWESOME company! This cut out half of my work.
See, I'm a PC tech of sorts, when I ordered this case from InternetIShop, I was sceptical at first, since so many resellers are out to rip you off....BUT NOT THIS ONE! This company is the BOMB! I will DEFINITELY do business with again. As a matter of fact, this computer I built (built it for my Brother) has spread the word about my work and the items I am capable of obtaining....mainly because of the Acrylic Tower I purchased from this company.
I've seen bad reviews about this company on this web site, but IGNORE THEM! This is DEFINITELY a company you can TRUST!
Not only was the case a remarkable $149 (plus $40.00 shipping...NOT BAD!), but it's just such a killer looking case...I can't even put it into words!!
To sum it all up, this is one of the most honest and speediest resellers I've seen! If you want to buy 'as advertised' parts (unlike those bogus companies that sell you a different item than advertised) and you want quality and speedy delivery...this is the company to go thru.
THANK YOU SO MUCH INTERNETISHOP!!!! You guys are the BEST!

Purchasing from internetishop was easy, but that is the last thing that was easy working with them. I received defective equipment, both monitor and computer. I worked with the technical staff over the phone for a couple of weeks and found them for the most part to be curt, incomplete and ready to blame all the problems on something other than the hardware. After weeks of trying to get the computer to work properly - it froze as many as 10 times a day I decided I wanted to return it for either new equipment and an adjustment or for a refund. I asked to speak with a manager and interestingly one was just never available when I called, so I would try back with the same result. They finally told me to send the equipment back for a refund but that I had to pay to ship the faulty equipment back. I disagreed and asked to speak to a manager and was again told one was not there. Then a remarkable thing happened...the tech hung up on me and when I called back he accused me of trying to pull a scam on them to get free shipping and then he hung up on me again. I called, yet again, and refused to speak to that tech and finally got a manager (who had been there all along). He was equally nasty and short. So, I packed up the equipment and sent it back only to find they had charged me more than twice the cost of shipping for the same service.
Buyer beware...if you are willing to take a big chance that the equipment will work properly, deal with surly techs that don't really help, and insulting staff, overpay shipping, then you might save a little money. It's not worth it in my book. I went out and bought a name brand computer with a 3 year warranty for a couple of hundred dollars more and feel very satisfied and safe.

I have had a long history of dealing with this company. I am a reseller. WARNING This company stores your credit card number on their system. Customer support poor, they pay no attention to "special instructions", and uses cheap parts. They treat repeat customers the same as first time buyers and have a very inflated shiping / handling charge. You want a computer cheap? You get what you pay for !

I must admit I purchased the computer on their ebay auctions. P-4 1.4GHz complete system (no monitor). Quality: Keyboard was so HARD to type on! Mouse broke in a short time. Their motherboard is an AZZA which is super-cheap, onboard everything audio/sound/lan, no no no not good. CPU fan is LOUD that you have to wear earplugs! So loud, that when I play my music I still hear the fan! Also, the firewire wasn't included, just an empty hole.
Lastly, they Overcharge shipping. I emailed to do a pick-up (I'm only 30 minutes away) but they replied after auction ended. $70 to ship UPS ground about 30 minutes from where I live! Should be $25 tops, somebody's making money! No way am I shopping here again.

Ok so its been a while, maybe too long to be complaining about this, but this people actually steal my money. This order was really placed on 2001, but the system wont allow me to post as 2001.
I won an auction on ebay for a complete system (without monitor) and they send it alright (thats the invoice # of --> 1261053835).
After that, I asked if I could buy something else form the webstore. I ordered the following:
1 900 MHz Radio Frequency Wireless
Internet Mouse w/Scroll
(HB-M900-RF).......$19.99
2 WiseTech Wireless Keyboard &
Mouse Retail Box ...%39.99
each
So, around $100 with shipping and all. Guess what. Even though I specifically asked not to send this to my country (and I dont get this, cuz the computer I won in the auction was shipped correctly), they send this order to my country, Guatemala, Central America, with the worst address spelling in whole history: something like Rodrio Vargas and my zip code.
Of course, after one month I finally went to the post office and asked if by any chance there was a package for me. They said that there was a package but it was returned to the sender, because of bad address.
So they gave me this manifesto and I email this to clifflie@earthlink.net (the guy in customer support on InternetiSHOP); this guy was a pain in the neck. For almost 6 months I tried to explain that MY package should have returned to them, but he insisted that I should check with my country's post office and that I should fix this myself.
He didnt even really answers my multiple emails, he just persisted on sending the same answers, almsot as if you were talking to a mindless machine.
So after a while I gave up, but I havent forget this.
I never got my package, but still was charged for it!!! Send over a bunch of emails, even tried to get different customer representative, but nothing.
This webstore is really a shame. Not only for sending packages with qrong address but for stealing like this. CERO customer service.
I still have all those mails just in case anyone asks for it.
