Ordered a 50" TV got it 2 days faster then the week quoted. Called a few times before I ordered to get some info about if they had them in stock and return policy, and they were pleasant to deal with. Got my tv brand new, no tax and no shipping. I'll be back for sure!
Ordered an item online and scheduled for in store pickup. Item was listed as in stock, but received a call from a fry's employee stating that my order was cancelled (barely intelligible and wasn't polite or well informed). Sadly this isn't my first experience like this.

I ordered a Samsung LN46A550 HDTV.
I expected the TV to arrive in a week. Even though I was given a tracking number I didn't know which shipping carrier they used so I contacted customer service. Customer service responded promplty. I will buy from them again.
I carefully picked out an EVGA GX2 video card at Fry’s. The retail box had a plastic wrapping, was tied up, and had an inventory tag. At the sales counter, with her back to me, the rep removed the inventory tag and also placed a return sticker on the box. As I was leaving a noticed this new sticker and went straight to the customer service counter and returned the card. They also gave me a gift card for a new card where I pay the difference between the returned card and a new one. I again picked out another card. After I bought this new one I opened it up in the store with a CSR present. The retail box was wrapped in plastic and tied like the last one. After I unwrapped, it I noticed the tape holding the box flaps was cut. Opening it further, I found a very crumpled antistatic bag with its tape cut also. They had sold me a used, returned video card as a new one. Obviously, I returned this card also for a refund. During this ordeal, I asked several store employees, including the manager, how this can happen. No one had an answer. All told me if the box is still wrapped in plastic it has never been opened, even though I just proved them wrong. One of the most dishonest and possibly illegal transactions I have ever been a part of.
Order 26" LG monitor on Tuesday, and it was delivered to my home in NJ on Friday with no problems whatsoever, and it was almost $100 cheaper than anywhere else I could find! I would absolutely buy from them again.
What a joke!!!! ordered few Toshiba laptop for client. Frys.com cancelled my order without letting us know. Now I have 4 angry buyer calling me every hour while I'm dying finding a replacement.
Frys.com Customer Service is horrible!!!! Don;t bother. If you really want to call them, choose option when you want to place order online. I called couple of time, I have to wait 30mins if i choose the option where I have a existing order. A better way is choose "you want to [plac ean order" <---- this one only took them 30 seconds......btw, their CSR are a bunch of uneducated moron.
Okay...writing this mostly because of their shitty customer service. They can't even remove my email from their email list. They send so much mail that I considering it spam now. I don't know why I spent thousands at their website and store but they are my last choice now.
I have ordered from frys on line a dozen times. Never had a problem with any order or any of the many rebates. Can't understand why so many negative reviews.
Double billed me over a month ago for the same transaction.
According to Customer Service they are still investigating and have not credited my form of payment.
Update:
Finally received Credit for Double Billing after 36 days and hours on the phone.
There was a technical issue that has been resolved.
They were kind enough to offer me a token credit of $25.00 towards my next purchase.
Wil buy again.

Frys Sucks. Every time i order some thing, they will mail me after 1 week, that the product is Backorder and they will send when they have.
By that time the MIR offer will expires. It happened 3 times in a month with me
Appalling service!! First loads of issues with the oreder processing then having got that sorted and still no laptopp I find they run outy several days earlier and just didnt bother telling me!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered a laptop from their website. I tried to call customer service while I was waiting for the order but after being on hold 30 mins plus gave up. When I received the order I found the product was misrepresented as having a built-in TV tuner (it didn't). I emailed to complain and a week later was told I had to call. After trying twice and giving up after an hour, the third time was the charm--it only took about 30 mins or so. The rep I spoke to was apologetic, acknowledged that the website said it had a tuner, and promised to pass my complaint on to the dept. head and see what could be done to compensate me. I never heard anything, and after several more times trying to call & long wait times, I decided to dispute the charge with Mastercard--figured THAT would get me resolution. All I wanted was a free $50 or so external tv tuner! I won the dispute because Fry's ignored it--and within a week of winning, their collections department started threatening to sue me! After about two months of emails I was again told the matter would be turned over to the department, and I never heard anything for six months--after which I once again got the same collection letters! This time I emailed them all the previous correspondence, and I haven't heard from them since. I don't care what they have to sell or how good of a deal it is, I would never buy even a pack of gum from them ever again. They have by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I just placed an order for a 46 inch Sony KDL-46W3000 tv and they just shipped it out last night. DHL has it now and they said the shipment is expected to arrive on April 29. I hope it arrives in good condition.
This company is a bunch of retarded thieves and liars. I obtained a RMA for unopened software, which I returned to them in the exact same condition that I received it. They got it back, but credited me for only half of the amount that I paid to them. No explanation was provided until nearly a month later, after I contacted Frys 2 times. They've now come up with the ridiculous lie that their warehouse told them that the software was opened with the UPC and seal cut out. This is simply outright theft by Frys. This is only one of the problems that I had with this order. I don't have time to go into the deficient customer "service" that this company "provides." They rely on technicalities that aren't clearly noted on their web-site and which I think they pulled out of their hairy ass.
