I am impressed! I am a freelance photographer and in need of a apecific lens within a week! I had dropped my favorite lens and it wasn't working properly... I searched on the web and came across your site. After further research, I decided to order from your company. Not only did I receive a quality lens, but it was delivered within days prior to my photo shoot! Thank you for going above my expectations and delivering a quality product! I ordered a 4 GB Memory Card on November 20th around 4 p.m. Today is December 1st and I have yet to receive my card, despite paying for 3-5 days shipping, which means I should have gotten it at least by Thursday. I ordered the card because I needed a backup for the Oregon vs. Oregon State game that I was shooting for a school newspaper. This put me in a bind because normally when I am shooting any sort of sports, the number of images I take range from 900-1200 images. One thing I did notice is that the package was shipped via UPS, but then reshipped through USPS. Shipping through two different companies for such a small package seems rather ridiculous to me. As I called the post office on Saturday, 9 days after I ordered the card, they said that they had not received it yet, while the tracking said it was sitting in Eugene since the 25th. Regardless, this has been a terrible experience trying to order through Adorama, despite being a small order, and I plan on returning the item as soon as I receive it. For a company that I have heard mostly good things about, this was not a good way to start out.

I ADORE Adorama. Easy to navigate website. Product information clear, concise with the details I needed. Products and Prices are amazing. Adorama has the best prices on all of the most wanted and highest quality items. While shopping for a camera as a gift (at a price $20 below competitors), I couldn't resist an auto GPS for myself. I have wanted this Voice Command Magellan for months and the Adorama price convinced me to wait no longer. I installed it and off I drove to visit friends 2 hours away with perfect directions! My friend has already used his camera and loves it. His family was amazed by all of its features and couldn't believe I had ordered it just days before. Your shipping service was fast!
I now shop first at Adorama, check prices elsewhere and come back to PURCHASE at Adorama since price, customer service and satisfaction is the best.

I bought from Adorama since they had an 800 number on top of their internet site for placing orders. I needed to talk to someone directly to ensure that they had items IN STOCK, since I needed them for a party. Fred was extremely helpful, placed the order for me, and I received my order exactly on the date as promised. And the best part, was that they had the best price! I highly recommend Adorama.

I ordered my first DSLR today! Canon D40 with a Canon EF-S 18-200 mm lens with some extras. Fred Wasser ext. 2259 was FANTASTIC and when I called back a second time to pick his brain on a flash, he was a huge help and didn't charge me shipping when I placed the flash order separately! Thanks, Fred!

Excellent service from Fred Wasser, 2259 at Adorama. He explained everything included with order, and made suggestions for small items I may have overlooked. Checked them out before ordering here, and had them recommended to me by family members who have used them in the past. One is a professional photgrapher, so I can also highly recommend them as well!

Although I have not received the product yet, I am glad that I was able to purchase it through Adorama Camera Inc. Everywhere else I looked it was much more expensive as well as more inconvenient for me to purchase. The Adorama Camera Inc. internet interface is simple and easy to use. It is useful and aesthetically pleasing. My purchase was as easy as any purchase I have ever made, and I'm glad Adorama Camera Inc. had the product i needed.

Adorama comes through as always. The shipper made an error on delivery, the Adorama crew tried to get it rerouted back to me but had to resend it when it got back to them - as always they tried their best, but the shipping company was the issue. They resent it immediately when it was returned to them.

Customer's need to be beware of Adorama's return policy before you purchase from them as they have no flexibility for certain items. They won't even return your calls to discuss a reasonable solution. Being a new on-line shopper, what seemed to me an order through amazon.com which has a return policy, great payment terms, turned into an order with Adorama which didn't honor amazon's return policy.

Thank you for your order and review. You ordered a 40" TV which had no physical damage as you yourself stated. You complained about distortion and our representitive advised you to call the manufacturer which offers a full 1 year in-home service repair. Our return policy is one of the best in the industry and we stand behind every product we sell.

Over the last 6-7 years I have ordered different photo products from Adorama over the phone. Customer service was always business-like, correct, but not very personal. Until today, when Max (X 2434) was on the other side of the line: that was REAL customer service. Keep it up... excellent job!!! Why can't everybody be like that!!!???
