What a great lens for my new Nikon D90. The extra reach of the zoom is great for nature photo's, planes and anything else you want to get closer to for that great shot! The lens looks like a brand new one, Adorama shipped the lens quickly and boxed it nicely. What a great way to save money and take great pictures!

My order was processed and handled very efficiently and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely order again from Adorama.

This is my second order with Adorama. GREAT company to deal with. Unbelievable fast delivery. Fred Wasser,ext 2259, was extremely helpful when I needed information to select a filter. He asked several questions to be sure I actually needed the expensive filter I was going to order.  
On my first order, over $1500, I needed to return an item I did not need. Excellent, no hassle return policy. I plan to use Adorama for all my photographic needs. Good, if not the best prices, Good people (ask for Fred), and easy return policy. Overall, a five star outfit to deal with.  
 

After shopping at the big box stores and local stationary shops and couldn't find what I needed, (12X12 scrapbook) I went on-line and discovered what I wanted. Then, I compared prices and found Adorama to be the lowest around. I first heard about the reliability and great prices of Adorama from an on-line photographer, then, the N.Y. radion station I listen to advertises Adorama. I gave them a try and received my scrapbooks and a few other things only a few days after ordering them. I am completly satisfied and will shop again at Adorama.  
Basically, I've never had issues ordering from any on-line site. The thing that makes me go back to a site is their pricing, quality and service. I rate Adorama at 5 stars.

I just got off the phone with ADORAMA after an entire week of trying to get my item I paid them $1240.00 for. I still did not get the item. They initially sent me the wrong item with Euro power plugs. It was similar, but about $400.00 cheaper. I guess they thought i would be happy with it and let them keep the $400. 00 as a tip. I ranted about it and they sent me a shipping label. I took it to the UPS store and shipped it back to them. I get home the next day, the box is back at my house. I call them ranting again. They sent me another label. I go to the UPS store again and ship. I asked ADORAMA to do sum good customer courtesy thing and ship me the correct order. They said we have it in stock and will get it to me as soon as the wrong item is back in stock. The rep said she would contact me as to expediting the shipment of the correct item. She never contacted me and the next day I tried to contact her they said she took the day off. I spoke to a manager and she said they will refund my money in 8 DAYS because the do not have the item in stock.I have already been trying to get my item for 5 days. I am going onto every blog and forum I can find and let people know to go any place else to get their items because they will eventually, unnecessarily go through such a vendor nightmare such as mine if they go through ADORAMA. They caused me much loss of time, money and clients. I will boycott them all over the internet and hope everyone will shop elsewhere. Please assist and post my experience anywhere and everywhere. They need to understand and learn to treat customers with care and courtesy. Thank you.

Excellent! They answered my questions by email promptly and clearly and shipped the order immediately.

I ordered a 42" lcd hdtv from adorama via amazon. The first tv arrived before the expected delivery date, however there was a crack in the screen. Due to the importance of the item (a 21st bday present for my fiance) I began to panic. However Adorama came through for me, and 2day shipped another to arrive by her birthday, ON THEIR TAB! (This is about a 130$ cost that they incurred.) I must say I was worried at first, however they came through and I would use them again simply based off their outstanding customer service!

Bought a ton of stuff from these guys as well getting hundreds of prints made for my business. No problems and MUCH better than the arrogant people of B&H. Would highly recommend Adorama.

Awesome experience with Adorama purchasing about $4600.00 in Canon camera gear. Their pricing is really excellent (try adoramacamera on ebay to take advantage of the bing and ebay bucks discounts, 10% total) and they credited me back for the double rebate which began after my items had shipped. All items shipped quickly, were well packed, and as always, are factory sealed with USA warranty. This is authorized Canon dealer that I highly recommend.

I ordered a Flashpoint grip & canon strap for my canon 7D. As always, ordering in Adorama is hassle free. And after a few minutes after payment, I get confirmation & other shipping details. By the following day, shipping notification is received by email. Note that I always place my orders late in the afternoon or evenings, right after work. It's like they got people working round the clock.  
 
The items were packaged professionally( bubble wrap & lots of plastic. A clear copy of the receipt is also provided. Box was sealed tight & got to me in one piece. They have been very professional with their dealings. This definitely won't be my last time shopping with them. Oh, did I mention the low prices at most of their items.

Adorama is the only online photography store I purchase from. Their customer service is quick, responsive, informed and quite helpful. Every item I have ordered has been shipped quickly and has been well packaged.  
 
Whats best is that every camera lens I have received from Adorama has worked perfectly and is still performing exactly as expected today. In an age where you just can't seem to count on reliabilty from suppliers, Adorama is the exception to that sad trend. Let their be no doubt, Adorama is a top quality store. The best of the best. I was very impressed. I purchased a refurnished Nikon D5000 and it is like new. Got all of the accessories to go with it. Saved a lot of money and had excellent sales service. Shipping was quick too. I would definitely buy again from Adorama.

In the past 2 years I shopped frequently at Adorama and I have always been very pleased. But this last order just blew me away.  
At 2 pm of tuesday march the 9th I put an order for a canon lenses. It was free shipping and since I was not in a hurry I decided to not upgrade and expedite. Next thing I know, at 1pm 2 days later UPS rang at my door (I live in Chicago) with my lenses !!!! less than 48 hours... unbelievable !!!
