I visited many websites, stores, and picked many brains. In the past, I had dealt with B&H. I must say that Adorama's salesperson was most helpfull on the phone. He answered all my questions in a most gracious and informative manner. He encouraged me to try a few more sites, while assuring me that Adorama would be my choice. He was correct! The merchandise was shipped that day (close to 5:00 pm) and arrived from Manhattan to Westchester the next day! All was in order and, so far, I am extremely satisfied with Adorama's sales and service, not to mention their prices. I will certainly go to them for my future photographic needs.

I am pleased with all that I ordered from Adorama. I have had no problems with the items ordered except the L-5 battery. This was quickly taken care of by Adorama. Adorama is a god place to shop for all your camera needs.

Excellent and fair transaction - sold my equipment for what i considered to be top dollar - they nearly matched a deal that I had elsewhere. Would do again!!!

After online Paypal payment was issued but order not completed, I called Adorama. Speaking to a representative, he immediate processed my order at the same discount as on-line without my even asking (although the current web quote was higher), and it was shipped the same day. Terrific service.

I was happy to see that Adorama exceeded my expectations in every respect! Great communications and fast shipping!! As good as ANY and BETTER than most!!!! I thank them for that!! Will be using them more in the future!!

These days you can't trust anything online. Fake merchants with fake reviews pop up like weeds. Adorama is one of those rare places where the online experience is perfect. Great prices, outstanding customer service and honest. Just perfect. This review was modified by its author, marcocanov, on

I purchased a Nikon Super Coolscan 5000ED 35mm slide scanner. Detailed information about the scanner was supplied on the Adorama site. The item was in stock. The price was low, the purchase easy. I paid a modest fee for standard ground shippping and it arrived in excellent condition in 3 days.
I'm using the scanner and have had no problems.

Excellent customer service, fast shipping, really nice people to deal with. In the past year i have bought a couple of lenses and accesories for my Cannon camera and I also have bought a new Cannon Body from them. Their items are reliable and in perfect condition. They handle the shipping properly and the packages arrives safely. Pleasure doing business with them , will do more business in the future

As usual my dealings with Adorama are very quick and truly efficient. I have been dealing with this company for quite a few years and have never had a problem that wasn't resolved. I would and will recommend them as the #1 seller of photographic needs.

Adorama is a very good website and company... i would order and refer them to my friends and family. Everything was organized and not hard to find on this website. The prices were okay but i read reviews about this site and its trust worthy. The shipping options were great, next day air, 2nd day air, or third day air; all at good prices. VERY GOOD COMPANY, HOPE TO ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM!!

I have purchased from Adorama many times over the past nine years. They always have great prices. Their website is well organized. Any time I have an issue, they promptly take care of it. Two weeks ago I had a problem with a TT5 Pocket Wizard controller and they promptly replaced it. I highly recommend Adorama to any and all photographers!
