Very efficient, polite, and courteous service. It was very pleasant dealing with the sales rep. Delivery of the merchandise was well arrange and secure.
I had some questions about a refurbished camera. Called and discussed my concerns with Fred W. I felt comfortable with his answers, so I purchased the camera. I'm very pleased with the camera. It's better than I thought it would be. Called Fred back with a couple of questions, and again he was very helpful. Good job Fred & Adorama!
I thoroughly enjoyed the ease of the checkout system. It was so refreshing to be able to use Paypal at the end rather than having to put my credit card information. There were only a few pages to go through before my order was able to processed and it made the whole effort painless.
It was nice not to have multiple confirmation pages but rather be able to edit my order and make a final confirmation on one page.
Adorama has been awesome on every order I have made. I have no fear spending my money out of town with Adorama because everyone I have talked to knows exactly what they are talking about.
They do the best photo work. Their prices are competitive, and their specials (like end-of-supply Kodak metallics) are even lower than the super-cheapos.

I found a review of Adorama on these pages and it mentioned to talk to Fred Wasser at Ext 2259. Since I was searching for a source of a Canon Rebel T2 I decided to call him. Not only was it a good call but Fred gave me suggestions on other products I needed with the camera and ways to save on the costs. Now I am waiting for the Camera and supplies to arrive. Fred, you not only met but exceeded the recommendation that I read. If the camera is as good as your service I know I will be very satisfied.
