In purchased a value kit of Epson replacement ink cartridges: 5 black and 3 color. A very good price plus %15 coupon makes it a good deal. I ordered 7 days ago, and 123inkjets.com posted that it would take an average of 3-7 days for it to arrive, free shipping by the way on most or all of there stuff. Today, USPS delievered my order, in 7 days. Quite happy with the service. Will do business again if need for ink cartridges, paper, and etc. Now, just have to see if these ink cartridges really do work.

DO NOT deal with these people. They are absolutely dishonest and un-reliable. I placed an order, they charged my card immediately, and one month later I was STILL emailing them to cancel my order and remove the charge (which they NEVER answered). The VERY DAY I had the charges reversed by my credit card bank, they send an email which stated "We regret if you misunderstood..." (as it was MY fault), totally disregarding all the emails and phone calls sent to them in the one month time cancelling my order, and one week later I magically receive my "order". Out of three cartridges, TWO were DRY. I contacted them for an RMA, and needless to say, no replies. NO communication, NO attempts via email or phone calls to rectify my problems, and a crap order in the end. Thankfully, the charges remained reversed, the BBB was contacted and sent all paperwork, etc. Oh, and AFTERWARD, I was spammed from more accounts with "123inkjets" as the sender, but each coming from a NEW and DIFFERENT address, having nothing to do directly with 123inkjets. Stay away at all costs. Seriously, stay away.

Ordered on October 19th, sunday arrived on friday 24th with the free shipping. not bad. but...the cartridges are not canon brand, they are some generic brand. Colors are not as bright as the canon cartridges. I have a i550 canon. Next time, I'll goto best buy which is 40 mins away.

Shipping was a little long but got products for cheap with free shippping and they work great. Will buy again.

Ordered from 123 before I read all these comments and never figured I'd get a cartridge that worked - or maybe even no cartridge at all. I first tried three different cartridges for my Epson C82 from InkQuik in Oregon. None worked. Never could get the missed black lines to clear up even after a dozen times of cleaning the print heads. Today I installed the cartridge from 123 and after two cleanings it performed perfectly. Service was as good as any and they have a toll free if you have any problems. I'd order fom them again........

I have placed three (3) orders with 123inkjets.com over the last 3 years for aprox $250 each. I have received SO many inkjet cartridges from 123inkjets.com of various types that do not work correctly, it's pathetic. I kept ordering becuuse theyr laser toner worked great and some of their inkjets worked and I WAS STUPID. On the last order however, 4 out of 7 cartriges were faulty that I know of for sure. All of them are now out of the time limit the warrantee as I am the office manager for a small busy office and I am too busy to arrange to send them back even if they were still under warrantee. I just tried a new one from 123inkjets.com tonight that I took out of the box and the blue doesn't print (HP78A series). I had to throw out about 6 of the HP45A series we use for our design jet plotter; those would not print every line, skipping multiple plot lines. The black one I put in my home inkjet is also streaky. I am no longer going to purchase any more of their products. Bye Bye 123inkjets.com, you're quality on your refilled inkjets is HORRIBLE. ALSO, their customer service tickets go unanswered. Bike.

I received 3 black cartridges total for my Brother MFC9200C...none of them worked. I spent 3 calls with Brother and reset the machine and couldn't find out the problem. I & Brother eventually determined that the machine must need serviced since 3 cartridges in a row couldn't be faulty, right???? WRONG..I took it in to an authorized service dealer and found that the ink cartridges were all low on ink, that's why the machine kept reading "ink empty". I filed a complaint with the company for the $25 service charge. They refused. I filed a credit card dispute for the cost of the cartridges. I have yet to receive a reply, but have a temporary refund.
They told me several times they were new cartridges, but after reading other complaints, I'm sure they were remanufactured.

I placed my order on Wednesday 5 March and it arrived today, Friday 7 March. All items were in the package (along with free t-shirt, cell phone antenna and M&Ms!) and were well-packed. 7 color cartridges, 6 black cartridges and two fax refill ribbons for the price of 3 black cartridges at a local retail store. Great service and great price means I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Ordered 2 cartridges for my HP Officejet. Couple of weeks went by, no carts. Called them up, said one cart was backordered. Waited another week, still nothing, even though they said both shipped. Cust service rep did some research, & found out that UPS damaged the order & returned it back to them. They then sent a replacement via UPS 2-day. Of course, the color cart died on me recently, & it wasn't even halfway used! I probably won't buy from these guys again; gonna stick with the real HP carts from now on. Buyer beware.

Ordered 4 cartridges. 2 black, 2 color. They sent me 4 black. I put in a help ticket on their web site, got no response. I then called their customer support. The lady that answered was very nice and polite. She apologized for the shipping error, told me to keep the 2 extra black cartridges and then shipped me the 2 color ones.
Very good prices, quick shipping, lousy web support, great phone support, so far quality of product seems good. I will buy from them again.

Purchased from this vendor many times. 1 order they sent me the wrong cartridge, had to call them but they quickly sent me a return label and sent out the correct cartridge after receiving the wrong one. Good prices, shipping and products, I would order from them again.

Attempted to order 2 laserjet toners by purchase order on 8/27/2002. After no response in a weeks time, I wondered what was going on. I made several phone calls and left messages on 3 occassions and never got a response. Finally, after 2 weeks I got through and talked with a real person that told me that the person I placed my order with was no longer with the company and my order could not be found. Ok. I refaxed my order in on 9/19/2002. I received a call back and was reassured that my order was being shipped out via UPS that day. I requested a tracking number and was told that I would be contacted with one. Never received an email or call back. Called back and left a message requesting my tracking number again. Still no tracking number. After a week of waiting I called back and was told that my order was shipped out a week before by USPS not UPS. No tracking number available. It would have been nice if someone could have contacted me. It has been 30 days since I placed my original order. This delay has cost me time and money and had I known this would take so long I would not have ordered from this company. UPDATE. I did receive my toner. It came UPS afterall. Now how hard could it be to tell me that in the first place? I tracked the package after I received it and I see that it was received by UPS on 9/23. So much for being shipped out on the 19th... Bottom line...Horrible customer support. I made a total of 17 calls to customer support and never did get the right answer. At least I finally received my toner. Be cautious if ordering from these guys. At least the price is right. So far the products are working as expected. I am contemplating another purchase from them, but unsure at this point. I am a very very satisified customer. Always have gotten my products on time and customer service is a snap. All you need is to know what your doing and this is probably one of the best companies you will ever deal with. I believe the order number is correct.

Just today I received my ink cartridges on time, and as agreed. Yes, I saw the feedback here before I ordered. It's pretty clear to me that they are working hard to make things right. Got very good pricing and free shipping. I'll use them again.

One word - Terrible!
My story: Ordered 2 black cartridges under wifey's name for her printer. Paid with our credit card. Received one cartridge.
Emailled customer support via their website. No response. Faxed them a letter in Feb. 02. No response. Finally challenged the charge on my credit card to get my money back for the cartridge I never got.
Avoid like the plague; you will never be able to contact them if you have a problem.
P.S. Don't have the invoice number as I am at work and not at home.
