I ordered a replacement toner for my Panasonic laser printer. It shipped the following day and arrived at my door two days later. The off-brand toner I ordered was 66% cheaper than an OEM toner cartridge and I do not notice any difference in quality. Would order from this company again without hesitation.

In the past, I ordered from this company and always found the experience to be at least adequate (god prices, responsive customer car, etc.)
However, on this last set of orders all the merchant's correspondence is coming from a new domain name (certifiedink.com), and email headers identify another entity (corp.valueclick.com) which I had never seen associated with the company before. The experience current experience was unpleasant and unsuccessful.
I placed a large order for various ink cartridges, and every item ordered was claimed to be in stock at teh time the order was placed.
The following day, an email was sent to me including the following text:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to fullfil your order (#2584614) at this time.
Due to heavy demand, some of the items on your order are currently not available. As soon as we receive your items (probably within the next 10 days), we will ship your order and you will receive email notification of the shipment."
The vagueness (both of about items and timing) were disconcerting. I immediately wnet to the website to check the status of the order. The entire order was blocked as "backordered", but there was no item-by-item breakdown of what was in or out of stock.
I then opened anoter browser session and checked each SKU that was in my "backordered" order. Each and every item was listed as "In stock" and available to be added to the cart in that other browser process.
After this, I used the form specifically provided on their website for order inquiries to ask specifically which items were in sotck and which were backordered, and if a partial shipment could be made or if the order could be broken into mltiple orders in the interest of getting osme concrete answer.
I received the following stock response, quoted in its entirety:
"On Mar 04 2008 3:02:57 pm, a member of our Customer Service Department wrote: Thank you for your inquiry, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please call us so we can handle this situation quickly and efficiently. Customer service can be reached toll free at 888-465-7765, Monday through Friday, 6am-6pm PST. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you Customer Support Team"
Obviously the written inquiry I had placed using their form hadn't even been read, and the wording is vague enough that it would be difficult to establish that it was ever looked at by an employee rather than simply having a stock response bounce from a bot. Never had anythign like this happeend in my previous orders with te company.
I have (again using 123inkjet's web support system pput in a written request for my order to be cnacelled in its entirety and for written confirmation of this to be given. I am still awaiting response.

I do not recommend this company to anyone! Package has never been received and customer service is terrible!

We ordered some ink cartridges at our new address. They were delivered. In the meantime we found some bad ones that were ordered last year at our old address. When I sent back the bad cartridges, they sent the replacements to our old address and they are lost. They refuse to replace them as they are blaming me, saying I didn't change my address which I did. Their company has deteriorated greatly. Their ink cartridges are terrible.

I have ordered from them a couple times. Had a problem with one toner cartridge and they replaced without a problem.

I've ordered from 123inkjets at least 4 times.
Not small orders, but several value packs.
Prices are good, quality is okay too.
Where they really shine is standing behind their product. I have 4 Epson printers and use their ink in all of them. I was happy with their ink in all of them except one model I have. I called today and they sent a pre-paid return label very quickly. although I don't know how long it will take for a refund, it is very rare for a company to go the extra step here.
On a bad note, shipping times seem to take a while and when inquiring with them via email on it, I didn't get a reply.
All in all, a good experience.
I would purchase from them again without a second though.

Placed an order on September 24th, 2006. I have never received any ink. They have not returned any phone calls, or responded in any way to my e-mails. I sent another e-mail today (January, 7, 2007) from their websites customer service form and it came back bad address. If they are not out of business, they should be. Do not buy from this company ever!!

Very Satisfied -- I have ordered many, many ink cartridges from 123inkjets.com over the past 3 years for 3 different Epson printers and have always had excellent service. The product has consistently been as good or better than OEM at up to 70% below retail cost. Shiping is always fast. Communication is always prompt. Their customer service people are always friendly and will do whatever it takes to satisfy. And, what is amazing, they regularly offer big discounts that mean big discounts from their already rock-bottom prices. Also, they carry a larger inventory than any similar company. I've done business with similar companies and can state from experience that 123inkjets is by far the best in the business.

Ordered inkjets at an affordable price. Gave confirmation email. inkjets came in about 2 weeks.
They work fine. These are generic brands so the quality is not as great as the manufacturer's but the value is better.
They had an offer to send me a CD and get $10 off. I had to return the CD or I would be charged $80.
I called them and they gave me an RMA # and I sent the CD back. So far, there have not been any problems.
If they give me hassle about the CDs, I will update this comment.

Ordered one IN-STOCK cartridge on 9/24. Did not receive until 10/4. Never received an order confirmation e-mail or shipping confirmation. Tracking methods provided were unreliable. Cartridge seems to function OK, but will not order from this store again due to lengthy shipping time and poor communication.

This 123inkjets is a joke. They messed up my order and took over a month to correct then half the ink didnt work. I since then filed a complaint against them with the attorney generals office of the state they operate from. Now they spam my email box so much i am being forced to change emails after having the same email address for over 10 years. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I was so excited when I did a little shopping around on the internet and found this company! They are much cheaper than our previous inexpensive ink provider. We have two Brothers and one Epson, and we use the black ink much more than the colors. With this company, we were able to purchase more black inks than the colors instead of having to lump them together and end up with way more colors than we normally use.
However, when you have just put in a cartridge and your pages still come out VERY PALE GRAY, the money saved and "wasted color cartridges" don't matter. I am extremely frustrated with 123 Inkjets because the doggone ink cartridges simply do not work. This is a problem, because my work requires that I can actually READ something that has just come through on the printer. Sure, s/h was free and no tax was added because of the volume of cartridges purchased, but they are utterly useless. Long story short: I'm ordering a set of cartridges from my previous inexpensive ink provider.

The store is definitely a scam!!! I ordered a bunch of inks from them and till today it have not arrived yet. I have email to them regarding the matter but everytime they just ask me to wait till 15 days.I wait and wait. I order the ink because I need it urgently for business print. And now after 15 days, they say I need to send the claim form to them for refund of lost package. They also never mentioned where can I get the claim form to fill up in order for me to have my refund.Is it thru email or postal mail? What a scam company!!!! Even if they sent the claim form, it really frustrated that I still need to wait for them to send the claim form to me and for me to fill up and sent back again to them in order for me to get my refund. Don't you think it not efficiency, silly and waste of time and not fair for us buyer. We paid for the package and we expect it to arrived but it does not. I don't even received the item from the purchase I made, why should I wait for the refund???? Don't ever purchased any thing from them, be warned!!!!
