The flash is in very good condition! It arrived on time for my event. I think it's a good deal for the price they charged. If you were first time customer, they will call you to confirm your information first before they send out the item and as well as thank you for renting with them. Good customer service that is.

I just finished my second rental and, just like my first time, I am totally satisfied. I love the local pick up and the prices are better than anything I've seen. Whenever I need to rent a lens I don't bother to look anywhere else because Try and Buy is the place to go.

Incredible - the Nikkor 70-200 was either brand new or very well maintained. I wasn't sure what condition I would receive it, but the packaging was superb, the glass quality was exquisite and the price was the best - not that I was looking for the least expensive (you tend to get what you pay for). I've already recommended this company to my friends.

I've rented from local camera stores with OK results, but this experience was head and shoulders above. Local pick-up was very convenient and courteous and the lens was like new. Wanted to try out a Macro lens and renting was a better option.
