I ordered an iPod interface for my new 2008 Toyota Tacoma. I used the company’s website to find a fit for my truck, and ordered the part. I even called and talked with a representative before I placed the order to make sure it was completely compatible with my truck’s radio and to see if I needed any extra parts to make it fit. The representative I talked with was very helpful and professional. Even though the item was backordered, the order was filled and I received it before two weeks was up. The device worked perfectly with my truck. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I hate to do this to Crutchfield, but I have to give them a bad review. It is not so much their problem than it is the problem of the shipping company they use, but it is still their choice to use Eagle Freight. I received a call from Eagle on Wednesday trying to set up an appointment and we agreed to Friday between 1 and 5. Around six that day I gave Eagle a call and they said there had been a communication error between the trucker and the person I spoke with on the phone. I stayed home from work for five hours Friday for nothing. They told me they would deliver it Saturday (the next day) between 10 and 12 in the morning. I called them around 1pm Saturday and was told that the same error had occurred and that the TV was still in their warehouse. It was finally delivered about 3 hours and at least 4 phone calls later. I would have expected Crutchfield to use a more reliable shipping company with all of their great reviews. I am very disappointed.

Crutchfield is THE place to buy car audio for the self-installer. Their online info and reviews are very complete and helpful. And they include everything you need for the install. Highly recommended.  

My first purchase from Crutchfield. The shipment arrived today. The whole process was a fantastic experience. The website is very usable. I had to use phone support because I was using some coupons. The person on the phone was amazingly patient and courteous. I was given a date when the product would ship and an estimate of when to expect the delivery. Simply top notch service. I will going back more to Crutchfield.

This was my 3rd order from Crutchfield and just as painless as anyone else. Their prices are generally higher than most, however when you catch them on sale and use a referral code, you can generally get a pretty darn good deal on things. Their support and staff are possibly the best of any company on the web however, I just wish their prices were a bit more consistent with other online dealers so I could buy everything from them.

Crutchfield is the best!!! I've ordered a few times from them and have never been dissapointed yet. Are they more expensive than some of the other places, YES, but their customer service cannot be beat. I was installing my components, and crushed one of my tweeters trying to get it into the mounting cup. I called Crutchfield, explained what I did, and asked how do I order a replacement tweeter (Fully expecting to pay for MY MISTAKE), they sent me out a brand new component kit, told me to use what I needed, and return the rest along with my damaged parts. Shipping both ways was paid by them. How can you ask for more than that? I will continue shopping with them and I feel the slightly higher price is well worth the peace of mind you get from their customer service, and their tech people.

Bought a deck from them and while the shipping was fast and while the support hotline is nice, the deck was way overpriced compared to the competition. I saw the same deck a week later for $50 less at NewEgg. I almost bought a pair of speakers from Crutchfield and it turns out they're all more expensive than at Sonic Electronix or even eBay. Ridiculous.

Too bad your maximum rating is 10 for they deserve a 20. Had a defective CM 7777 and they responded within hours - have a replacement on its way and have arranged for UPS to themselves (even sent the UPS label on a .pdf file and I have a month to complete the return - unbelievable. I have never had service like this. I will be a return customer.

This online store has the best customer service I have encountered on the internet. Their live chat session was helpful as well as their support email address, not just in terms of answering sales questions but installation support as well. Highly recommended for online car audio purchases!

This is a company that is a pleasure to deal with. First and foremost, they have a great sales and customer service department. You can call them, web chat or email them. They are glad to give advice or help with your purchase. Even after the sale they are available to help you. This is quite refreshing nowadays.  
 
Usually though, Crutchfield's prices are fairly standard msrp. Its the price you pay for great customer service. This time though, my item was on sale and their price was the lowest around. Plus their shipping charges are excellent. Ground shipping was free, but next day was only $15. That is less than some retailers wanted for ground shipping!!  
 
I ordered on Wednesday, received it on Thursday AND the price with next day shipping was less than anyone else with ground shipping.  
 
Crutchfield is customer service. Its a place I am sure I will purchase from again.

This was my first order ever with Crutchfield and they didn't disappoint. I ordered it online and received it in less than a week. Crutchfield is a little expensive, but I knew the item would be first quality and the service would be good!

The price is competitive and the shipping speed is awesome. I wish they had more rebates and other crazy deals with AMPS and Subs so I could have purchased them from crutchfield.

Perfect servis! After several troubles on other servers with my non US credit card, I had no troubles at crutchfield page, their behaviour was professional (they verified shipping address, credit card bank). Camera I ordered (Lumix TZ3) delivered in perfect state, delivery time was short.. everything was perfect! I can really recommend this reseller ;-)

Nice price (not the best but around 10% of best), nice packaging, ease of use of web site.
