Best buying experence yet! Had a problem with another seller not having "refurbed" product in stock. Called Crutchfield to verify the stock, they had 100+ in stock. Bought a NEW one from Crutchfield for only $10 more, including $99 wall mount for free & NO shipping...Ozzie was great & very helpful...MY advice "Check everywhere" before buying a "refurb" it is not always the best deal!!!!

I was looking for an HD radio for my 2005 Scion Xa and decided to go with a Dual model - either the HDX6420 or the XHD6425. I priced each online and debated from whom I should purchase. I perused the Crutchfield site and was impressed, especially withe the installation support they provided. And yet their pricing seemed to be a bit higher than other companies. But since this was my first radio installation, I took a chance and went with Crutchfield because of their installation help, but also since the wiring and DIN package were provided and presumably designed to work together, I went with the XHD6425 from Crutchfield. I liked the USB port on this model, too, so it was a good decision to go with this model.  
After installing this radio per Crutchfield's installation guides I can FULLY RECOMMEND Crutchfield. They provide true anmd real value. Had I gone with the less expensive companies, I could not be sure things would work together or that I would put everythging together as they should. Crutchfield makes everything easy. Oh, and the customer service is outstanding - and friendly, too!  
 

I am very happy with the service I received from Crutchfield. Last year I decided to upgrade the speakers in my truck and chose Crutchfield at the advice of a friend. I called them up and they were able to answer every question I had on what would fit and how the wiring would work out. I placed my order and two days later I had my own set of JBL speakers with very detailed instructions on how to install them. It couldn't have been easier and the sound is a great improvement.  

Once again, I had a very enjoyable experience ordering from this company. I placed an order online for a camera and lens at 4:30PM EDT. Someone called me within 5 minutes to verify that I did indeed place the order, but the representative did NOT try to sell me any other extras or extended warranties. The items shipped out that very same day and I received the order in good condition 2 days later. Crutchfield is a very dependable company with courteous and knowledgeable staff. I would not hesitate in ordering from them again.

What a wonderful experience I had at Crutchfield. I spoke with Mark who was very knowledgeable and friendly about purchasing some new speackers to replace the blown OEM's I had in my 1996 Oles. The speakers he suggested (Pair of 250W Alpines & 150W Kenwoods) were terrific and on sale. I paid $103 for the pair of speakers + free wire harness for installation. He also gave me free shipping... and an easy return policy if I was not satisfied with the system. What a great deal to buy at Crutchfield. I would highly recommend them to any online buyers who are not sure or concerned about purchasing through the Internet. Crutchfield is an honey, safe seller who fully supports and backs-up what they distribute. You have nothing to worry about when buying from them. Great service and prices with warrantees. Love my Alpines & Kens. They sound awesome!!! ;)

Excellent product, excellent service, excellent experience. I had heard of Crutchfield, and I expected that the gear would be high end but over priced. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Crutchfield had the lowest shipped price (with discounts) on the Audio-Technica ATPL120 vinyl turntable that perfectly suited my needs. The item was promptly shipped in tremendous packaging. Great website and email communication/follow-up with a much appreciated personal touch. I would definitely purchase from Crutchfield again.

I couldn't be more pleased with my recent experience with Crutchfield and would highly recommend them to everyone. I ordered a car stereo and accidentally ordered the wrong wire harness to go with it. By the way, the wire harness and install kit are free at Crutchfield, whereas at the big box stores they charge upwards of $20 each for them. After contacting customer service I was told they would be sending out the correct harness and there was no need to return the first one. I will absolutely do business with Crutchfield in the future and will continue to spread the word about what great customer service they have.

After getting scammed at fotoconnection.com, I reviewed this site and chose to check out Crutchfield.com. I called on the phone and spoke to "Tony" who was very pleasant and helpful. I informed him that I was interested in a Nikon D40 kit, and maybe an additional 55-200mm vr- lens.The kit was only $429 ($20 cheaper than Best Buy or Circuit City) and he informed me that the 55-200mm VR lens was on sale for only $149! Shipping was free (and on time), and so is return shipping if needed.  
The Nikon D40 kit & lens arrived professionaly packaged and was exactly what I ordered with no surprises. NEW USA warranty items in NEW Nikon factory boxes- NO GREY MARKET ITEMS!

I ordered a Canon 50D camera with a 28 - 135mm lens and a Lexar 2G memory card from Crutchfield, and was extremely pleased with the entire process, and the salesman who took my order.  
The camera was due in warehouses on 10/08/08, but I decided to preorder on 10/07/08.  
I spoke with a salesman named Buzz, ext. #3209, who did not try to pressure me at all to preorder. When I was debating purchasing expedited shipping, he told me not to spend the money, as the camera should arrive at my house within 2-3 days with their standard free shipping.  
He also did not even mention an extended warranty, which I appreciated.  
Even though the camera was not scheduled to arrive in their warehouse for another day, the entire order arrived at my house on 10/10/08, which was within the 2-3 days that Buzz had promised.  
Everything was well packaged, with styrofoam peanuts inside tha package to protect the merchandise, and everything was perfect when it arrived and I opened it.  
Because they offered free shipping and did not charge sales tax, they were the least expensive of all the online retailers that I considered.  
I would not hesitate to order again frim Crutchfield. I feel that they have the same degree of professionalism that I had always thought was exclusive to LL Bean.

One of the best, most helpful, most reliable, and most friendly online retailers I've dealt with. I was interested in a Sony Blu-ray Disc player that was out of stock everywhere, including Amazon.com. I was surprised that Crutchfield listed it as "In Stock" but their friendly, helpful Online Chat advisers confirmed it was in stock. After placing the order, the unit shipped the same day I ordered it. In fact, it shipped less than TWO HOURS after I ordered it.  
 
Crutchfield.com is now at the top of my bookmarks.

I ordered an iPod interface for my new 2008 Toyota Tacoma. I used the company’s website to find a fit for my truck, and ordered the part. I even called and talked with a representative before I placed the order to make sure it was completely compatible with my truck’s radio and to see if I needed any extra parts to make it fit. The representative I talked with was very helpful and professional. Even though the item was backordered, the order was filled and I received it before two weeks was up. The device worked perfectly with my truck. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I hate to do this to Crutchfield, but I have to give them a bad review. It is not so much their problem than it is the problem of the shipping company they use, but it is still their choice to use Eagle Freight. I received a call from Eagle on Wednesday trying to set up an appointment and we agreed to Friday between 1 and 5. Around six that day I gave Eagle a call and they said there had been a communication error between the trucker and the person I spoke with on the phone. I stayed home from work for five hours Friday for nothing. They told me they would deliver it Saturday (the next day) between 10 and 12 in the morning. I called them around 1pm Saturday and was told that the same error had occurred and that the TV was still in their warehouse. It was finally delivered about 3 hours and at least 4 phone calls later. I would have expected Crutchfield to use a more reliable shipping company with all of their great reviews. I am very disappointed.
