The monitor was at a great price, and delivery was next morning, even though I ordered after the cut-off time - perfect!

Having gone to www.which.co.uk, it was a straight forward process of entering there Best Buy results for computer speakers into "Google" and selecting a supplier. LambdaTek came up with the most competitve price including carriage. So it was there that I placed my order for the "Acoustic Energy Aego 2.1 Stereo Speaker System", and very please I am too with them, and the service I recieved.

Shopped around a bit on the net for an Epson Perfection V700 Scanner. At first glance some sites looked the cheapest - but once you click on their links, you discover the price was ex vat and/or ex delivery. Add these in and their price was far from being the cheapest. This petty little trick always puts me off ordering from sites like these - I like to see within a click or two what I'm going to pay for getting an item onto my doormat !!  
LambdaTek price was very clear to see - £337.01 plus £9.99 delivery (£347 on the doormat)and it was still the cheapest by £2 or £3. I ordered at 11pm on Sunday - the scanner was with me on Tuesday. Cheapest and fastest. Next best on price was Amazon - £349.99 with "free" delivery. Not "free" delivery to me - I call that £2.99 - and would it have come as quickly via "super saver" or via a third party seller as so often happens with the big A ??  
Well done to LambdaTek - I reckon it's best to deal direct with a PC component specialist - especially when they give the best price and service.  

The product was well represented, the online ordering went well, but due to a problem will my cridit card information which caused a problem, I received a very polite phone call regarding this, which I rectifed later that day. The goods turned up in very good time. In my opinion, a very professional company, which inspires very good cutomer relaition, well done.

I ordered an incorrect cable for a phone. I returned the cable with a fully headered request + copy invoice and asked to have it changed to the type I needed and even offered to pay any difference neccesary or postage costs. I sent it undamaged. The only thing missing was the throw away cable tie. Rather than return me the right cable Lambda returned me the same cable, recorded delivery saying I had not got an RMA number and it was not in a fit state for resale.  
I will not be using this company again and reccomend you avoid this company.

I used Lambdatek for the first time to buy a logitech g25 racing wheel and was very impressed with the service I recieved. The order went through before 3pm and arrived first post the following day. There were emails sent to me every step of the way and I was never left in the dark at anytime. Their web site explained everything I needed to know about delivery and their returns policy, and even explained how I should sign for the goods if the box was damaged to ease any necessary returns. All in all the service was excellent and I would definately use them again.
