I didn't even get past the phone call. The "owner" is a rude POS and should crawl back into his slime pit hole in the sewer. How can this place stay in business?! Unbelievable treatment over the phone to a new customer. I will never buy from this place, and I will tell everyone considering buying from them to give the guy a call and see what an AH he is.

Purchased digital SLR + many accorries. Paid for 3 day shipping. Saleperson took order and told me it would arrive in 3 business days. After 1 week I called and camera was not even in stock. Cancelled order and still waiting for refund...2 weeks later.

Terrible scam! I ordered a Panasonic AGHVX200 for $1949.00 plus $99.99 shipping for a total of 2048.99. Once you complete your order you have to call them at 1-800-753-1272 ext 201 to verify and complete your order. The man who answered was quite aggressive and mocked me for thinking that was the final price, even though it was what they advertised online. Screaming at me, he was ordering me to get extra lenses, batteries, and extended warranty. I said I only wanted what I had ordered, and he got furious and screamed even more because I was supposedly waisting his time. I asked him why he was so rude to me, and he replied that I had to order the extra items or cancel. I told him then to cancel the order since I was not getting what they had promised, and also for being so rude. I also told him I would report him to consumer reports, to which he replied that I could do whatever "the hell I wanted, if I canceled I had to pay a $150.00 cancellation fee". I told him I would not pay a cancellation fee for an order that was not completed and I hung up. I was able to call my bank and cancel my credit card, before getting charged, and yes I did report this horrible company with a consumers advocate agency.

I made an online order for a Nikon D200 DSLR at a great price. When attempting to confirm my order, I encountered rude sales people on two separate calls. Each attempted to force accessories on my order than I did not need nor want. I finally learned from the third sales person that the Nikon D200 DSLR I ordered was a non-USA product that was "fortunately" on back order. I was then offered an excessive price for the USA version. I canceled my order, never to do business with this SCAM Company again.

Completely fraudulent advertising. They won't sell the products they advertise if you refuse to be upsold. I tried to purchase a Canon Digital Rebel Xti which was listed for $339.00 and unbelievably low price. I called before to check stock and was told the camera would ship immediately. After placing the order through their website, you have to call in to confirm the order. I did this, and when I told them I didn't want to purchase overpriced batteries and memory cards I was berated and told the camera wouldn't ship for another 4 weeks. This is the same camera they had told me just minutes before would ship the same day.

Really Really bad customer services. I got an E-mail that i have to confirm my order, when i call them, that guy's attitude is really bad, he ignore all the question i ask and give me bad attitude, and he said i don't have the right to ask, and said "FUXK" on the phone to me, that really pissed me off, i said," I am going to complain you", and he said, "whatever, go ahead, i am the CEO of the company, my name is LEWIS, and he keep lauging on the phone, it seems like he did has some problem. And finally i have to cancel my order and call my credit card company.  
I will not suggest anyone to have business with this company.

Thankfully, I was able to cancel my order before these guys had a chance to abuse my credit card. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. This is a scum bag operation. They should be shut down by internet services such as google but nobody seems to have the courage or where with all to do it. To think that you can order a very expensive lens as did I and with out ever notifying you they can put a very cheap lens of an entirely differnt manufactuer in your order and then somehow try to justify this type of misdeed ( theft really) is mind blowing. These guys are some kind of psychopaths--no sense of guilt or remorse. If anyone would like to join in on a class action suit of thses liars and theifs please contact me

This store is a fraud. It pretends to sell an item at a good price then requires the buyer to buy accessories at exhorbitant prices and when the buyer refuses this store cancels the order. I believe stores like CCI Camera City should be investigated for fraudolent business practices.

Called to confirm my order and was told that I needed to order the US version of the camera body and it was over $500 more than the one advertised. Tried to cancel the order. The customer service rep asked me to say please. I got annoyed and said, "Excuse me?" He said he wouldn't cancel the order unless I swallowed my pride and said please. When I refused, he threatened to charge me a $300 cancellation fee. I got angry and asked him to please cancel my f****ing order. Then he told me to be careful because he still has my credit card information. I was in shock and said, "Excuse me?" To which he replied, "I hope you like internet porn." and hung up on me.

Ok. This is absolutely one of the worst scams going on in this country. At least, if you want a camera.  
 
The worst part was not the fact that i was notified to confirm my order a week after i made it, or the fact that i was told my panasonic would take 4-6 weeks to get here, or that everything would be written in a foreign language, or that really it was just the shell of the camera, that there was no microphone attached, or any of those little details.  
 
No, the worst thing was that when I saw for some reason my order had been canceled, and i hadn't canceled it, I called the company and was treated like dirt. I couldn't believe that the manager I talked to had the nerve to ask me if was "telling him how to do his job." I was politely explaining to him that his website was offering a product that obviously wasnt the product that the consumer was going to get. And, i mentioned that one girl told me there would be a restocking charge, and another girl told me the camera hadnt been shipped yet (strange, indeed, seeing as it had been over a week since it should have been shipped) This is ridiculous.  
 
I made an account here so i could warn everybody....This company is a joke, and if you have any sense, you need to stay away. It's worth it to pay for the more expensive cameras.

Stay away from this scam company! I tried to return the camera that was sent to me (was NOT what I ordered, the Canon Digital Rebel xTI but a knock-off version of FAR less quality.) During the attempt to return phone call, (It took me well over a week to get a hold of an actual person) I was verbally harassed and told that I would be charged over $100 for return shipping (a 3 lb package) and a $100 restocking fee. These scammers know what they're doing and apparently use legal loopholes to stay in business. DO NOT order from them unless you want a six month headache!

Ordered a canon SD630 for the low price of $214 Store called to add accessories. I refused. Seller claimed camera was grey market. All I would get was the camera itself and it would take 3 weeks to deliver. Nothing else. Tried to sell me retail box version for $299 and I would get it now. I refused. Kept trying to change my mind, then said thankyou for wasting my time and hung up. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. GO GET YOUR CAMERA AT AMAZON FOR THE SAME PRICE!!!

Tried to sell grey market product, and refused to provide retail package as listed on website.  
 
Insisted I purchase overpriced accessories that I did not want as part of the order.  
 
Would stay far away from this vendor.

I found this vendor on Froogle.com. I placed my order on Sunday December 3. I received a call on THURSDAY December 7 to confirm my order, however they left the message on my home machine. I called back to confirm my order and left a message. The next day I received a call again, again to my home phone #, and a message on my machine that there was a problem with my credit card (which there most certainly was not) and they needed to speak to me personally to clarify it, as well as discuss other items I would need for my purchase. I then went onto the yahoo ratings and read up what many others had to say about this merchant, and it was exactly what was happening to me: bait & switch. I tried to contact the merchant on Saturday December 9 but they had their answering machine off. They called me again at my home numer on Sunday morning, however I was not home. I returned their call within 5 minutes and got their voicemail and told them to just cancel the order.  
 
My main gripes are:  
 
- Failure to ship the order in a timely fashion - Trying to scam me into buying more items than I ordered - Trying to charge me $30 for shipping. I work for UPS and I know for a fact it would cost $8 maximum to ship the box. If they have a UPS account (which I'm sure they do) it would cost them $3-$5. If they use USPS, FEDEX, or DHL, the shipping price would be very similar.  
 
STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR AT ALL COSTS

I ordered online the Canon SD900 for a price of $320 w/ shipping the total came to $349.99  
I then got a phone call from a pleasant sales person asking me if I would prefer to have the longer lasting battery and charger for the camera and also a larger memory card. Now since I planned on us ing this Cam for under water photography I said yes, didn't want to be running out of battery juice in the middle of a dive.  
 
they never gave me a price, stated they would email me a new confirmation/order total which they never did.  
 
how I sent 2 emaisl requestions an update on my order, I had ordered numerous things that week for holiday gifts and they were the only ones who did not email me a tracking #.  
 
I got an email reply advising me to call their 718 number. which I did and was finally given  
a tracking number/shipping information  
 
I get my camera, and a 128mb card. the so called better battery and charger. well....  
 
the batter, charger that came w/ the camer comes standard per the camera box... and my card was ch arged $549.96  
 
so essentially I've paid $199 for a 128mb card which goes for roughly $20  
 
I tried to call them friday however ended up w/ a very nasty salesperson who did not even bother to identify himself or if I called CCI he just very nastily kept asking me what do you want...  
 
I'm filing a complaint with my credit card and anyone else who I can
