I ondered the wrong part, all it took was  
one email and they sent me the right part  
without charging me anything!  
 
The antenna I bought took me from 0 bars to 1,  
and greatly increased my transfer speed.  

I spoke with Victor before ever purchasing a CradlePoint MBR-1000 from his store. He showed me great customer service before I made a Purchase and after I made a purchase I was not disappointed.  
 
I would;d highly recommend shopping at the 3G store price is not always what matters most,especially if you have a problem.

3G Store was recommended to me by Sierra Wireless (data aircard manufacturer), with a Sprint representative on the line. I had been trying for two months to find a wireless access point to hook up one of the newest EVDO phones and had spent hours talking to every manufacturer plus a few computer stores. Many were full of complements for my efforts to make this work, and they all wanted to come up with a solution, but none could get past the fact that Sprint had changed its hardware without waiting for the other manufacturers to make their equipment and software/connections compatible. Once I made it to 3G Store, I was able to very quickly find compatible devices, find helpful information about how those devices were working for real users (through the EVDO forum), ask a representative for specific advice and get a great response within 24 hours, call a line which easily directed me to a "presale" option, order the right part for a good price, and have it delivered immediately. And here's the best part - when I called for technical help to set it up (the hold music was much more tolerable than any I've heard in a long time), somehow, I managed to call in just when they were having a meeting - I did hang up after a half an hour of waiting (ran out of time), but someone CALLED ME BACK AND APOLOGIZED!!! When we did finally connect, the process was enjoyable, efficient, and extremely successful. This operation is 100% Class A!!!! And the price was very competitive and the shipping options were fair and secure. I am truly impressed and pleased! I wish I had known about 3G Store when I first started on this crazy endeavor!

This is the first time I have ordered from 3Gstore.com but I have to say that I am impressed. Shipment of the Kyocera KR2 was right away. When the box arrived, it had some extra instructions printed by 3gstore.com, based on their experience - a nice touch. When I emailed to ask for recommendations for an antenna, they answered within minutes. I couldn't give them a better recommendation!

I had been researching air cards, and found the InterntByDataCard Yahoo!Group that had many helpful comments by Alex Sian of this store.  
 
So I sent the 3GStore some private e-mail, and they answered all of my (many) questions quickly. Once I ordered, I received the merchandise promptly, and everything worked perfectly together. They even pre-activated my modem and updated the firmware in my router before shipping.  
 
As it turns out, one small radial element was missing from my shrink-wrapped Wilson antenna, and after a quick e-mail to the 3GStore, they immediately responded and put a new one in the mail.  
 
I only wish that every store was this helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. These guys are awesome.

Our order was shipped by the date promised and received evdo router/card activated and ready to go as promised. I emailed them for the advertised Verizon rebate form and in two minutes I had a link to print the form pdf.

everything that I wanted it too and more. I love it even more than a Linksys "N" that I used to have. I'm glad I didn't wait around for the Kyocera KR2 that everyone was telling me that I should.  
 
The adapter pigtails work perfectly too. I may have to order an  
extension cable from you, if I can't locate the one I have somewhere stowed away in a cable box. That little pigtail allows me to use my Wilson Truckers cell antenna and raised the signal quality from a questionable 3 to a solid 4.  
 
Thanks again for all your help in getting me what I needed. You guys are worth your weight in GOLD.

This is my second order from 3gstore, and I'm as pleased now as I was with my first order. They were a great help both times, didn't pressure me to buy anything, and delivered everything they promised, exactly when they promised. What great service! I called for information before placing order and was given excellent advice on what to order. I had further questions so I called back and again was given reassurance, extra advice, and more information. I placed my order flawlessly online on the evening of Feb 6 and received it on the afternoon of Feb 9 without any extra shipping. Email notifications were given when ordered and shipped. The phone help was superior to many companies I've worked with. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I placed my order at 3:30 PM on Friday, FedEx ground dropped the order off Saturday Morning! This was with standard shipping, no expedites requested.

This is one of the best online technology sites I have used.

One of the soul-savers of the rural broadband users is this operation. I purchased an antenna booster with all the necessary hardware to enable it to function with my Sprint EVDO hardware and they came through with flying colors!  
Their associated forums at evdoforums.com have been instrumental in improving my service from miserable to sterling. This operation are keepers, no argument.
