I researched my needs at 3GStore.com and at other sites a few times before I decided to buy anything. I was a little disappointed that there doesn't appear to be a product rating system where purchasers rate the products they buy like, for example, at newegg.com, which has an excellent system. But, then again, newegg didn't have all the stuff I wanted, and the price of the router I went with was much higher at newegg.
I ended up ordering a KPC680 cellular modem with two-year service contract with Verizon, a Cradlepoint MBR 1000 router, and an external antenna for the modem. Verizon's monthly charge is not much more than I was paying for the dedicated phone line and ISP I was using before, and the access speed is about 30 times faster. I am not happy with the 5GB per month cap Verizon imposes on usage, though. That limit makes this more of an information connection to the internet, and not an entertainment connection. Anything over 5 GB is charged at the rate of $0.25 per MB, or $250 for an extra GB. Ouch. That's about $200 for downloading one movie too many. The fast connection makes those big downloads possible, but the terms of the contract make it too expensive to do so. Hopefully, that will change in the future.
The modem and router were easy to set up and work very well, unlike the unreliable router and dial-up modem combo I was using before. The external antenna came to me broken but 3Gstore sent me another one without waiting for the return and I got it in a couple of days. I live in the boonies and get lousy cell-phone reception, but the modem's built-in antenna worked fine. Nevertheless, I thought it best to get an external antenna to ensure reliable operation in all seasons and weather conditions as this connection serves my home office.
I am very satisfied with the service I got and the extent of product on 3Gstore's site. They had what I needed and the prices were good. I am less satisfied with the lack of user feedback and the general layout of their website. It seemed a little bit disorganized. Again, I do most of my shopping for technical goods at newegg and that site is very professional, but they are undoubtedly much bigger and better funded and so it is perhaps a little unfair to compare a niche site like 3Gstore to them.
Overall a pleasant experience and result, and I would recommend 3GStore.com to others.

Stellar service before, during, and after the sale. These folks are the epitome of good business people--something that unfortunately is all too rare today. If you are in the market for anything they might sell it would be folly not to give them a call. I'm 53 y/o and have conducted a great amount of business over the years in person, over the phone, and on-line. Customer service just doesn't get any better.

My name is Ed Grube, and I absolutely have no hesitation in commending or recommending 3gstore for their remarkable support. In an age when the bottom line is get the money and stiff the customer, it's refreshing to deal with people who are willing to help the customer no matter how long it takes. More than one 3gstore representative maintained continual email or phone contact with me when I ran into some computer compatibility problems with an Internet connection USB. One representative stayed on the phone with me for at least one hour monitoring how my computer responded to the USB's presence. When we saw that the compatibility problem was unsolvable, the 3gstore was gracious enough to give me a speedy refund of my money. Tell me... where do you find service like that anymore. I will certainly deal with this company again in the future when I need some other device.

I purchased a wireless router to use with my Verizon wireless modem. Could not get my laptops to connect so I called customer service. By far the best customer service I have had in a long time. Ed talked me thru getting the desk top and both laptops in my household up and running wirelessly. Could not be more pleased.

Delivery of network card was as promised and it worked as advertised. 3Gstore has an excellent reputation and it's support is without peer. I have purchased from this company in the past and frequently access their forums. For my money they are the leading source for info/products relating to mobile broadband. I didn't buy from them yet but I had questions before I would do so and the answers were ultra fast and accurate.
All what a customer need. Fast and reliable.
Promissing and I will give them my business.

Purchased a Cradlepoint CTR350 which is a very nice piece, except that it does not come with battery capability.
I had excellent (although unsuccessful -- long story not relevant to 3G) trying to track down a mobile power supply. Very responsive, very helpful tech support, who obviously take more interest than just that required by their jobs. Highly recommend for prompt service and thorough support.

I Had read a number of threads/reviews from the Escapees web site.
They indicated that the service from 3Gstore was very good.
Well, after having purchased a new router, Verizon 727 air card and a new 8350 phone I tell can you that the reports are true.
First Alex responded quickly with his suggestions and sent a “Help” ticket to the sales staff.
I don't remember the first person I spoke with, sorry, at 3Gstore but he was very helpful also.
The person I ordered my equipment from was Maureen and she was very helpful and patient.
Even though FedEx was a bit shaky on getting stuff delivered, seems they are not sure how to do evening delivery, everything got here and works perfectly.
Also a shout out to Franco for his help with the phone and Verizon for getting the air card switched over.
The air card gets the high speed stuff (rev A) out here east of Dallas reliably and most of the time is a good bit faster than the KPC650 I had.

I am new to the EVDO world and I needed a solution for our RV and being on the road 7 months out of the year. I sent a long winded question and details about our system and situation to customer service. And very quickly they gave me the options that I could choose from and answered all my questions.
I love good customer support!

Excellant service even when they are not open.
I placed my order on Black Friday when the 3G store was closed then sent an email on Saturday adding to my order without giving any part numbers, as I didn't know what exact parts I needed.
I just told them what I was trying to accomplish in my email.
My updated order was then added to my original to save on shipping.
I never even had to call to explain what I needed.
Can't ask for better than that for service.

Ordered a CTR-350 router and had some trouble getting my computer to recognize it. Called tech support and spoke to Dario. In a few minutes he had me up and running. This was my second or third time dealing with tech support (I'd bought previous routers from 3GStore in the past). Every contact has been positive and, more importantly, solved whatever issue I was dealing with.

What a pleasant business to deal with! Thanks to a Google search using the EVDO tag, I found the 3G store, and was amazed at all their offerings. It was the most informative place I visited during that search.
Lo and behold, they had a Router that would work with my Compass 597 Aircard. I had pretty much given up on being able to share my signal with my 2 computers until I found their store. They answered my email within a very short time..it was the weekend, but first thing Monday, I began a very friendly exchange with the 3GStore, and subsequently, after they answered every one of my questions, I ordered the MBR1000.
It arrived in 2 days (from USA to Canada, no less), unbelievable fast service.
I would highly recommend this enterprise to deal with, they are without doubt, the most knowledgeable people I have dealt with in my quest for a device to work with the EVDO technology. It felt more like I was conversing with a friend, rather than a stranger, the experience was quite refreshing.

After being frustrated for a long time living in the "boonies" with dial-up internet access, I am an extremely happy camper! I was on a mission to find some other alternative and after a lot of research thought that satellite was my only option. Then, I found some information on a site hosted by 3gstore.com. It was about EVDO. I started looking at this and called the guys at 3gstore.com. They were extremely helpful and knowledgable (a breath of fresh air after talking to numerous others). They check my area and found that I was in a good location for EVDO. Long story short, I ended up getting a complete package through them including the data plan and equipment. The equipment price was the best out there (free usb modem). I got the plan, MBR1000 router, U727 usb modem and booster antenna. The system works great! I made a couple calls to these guys when I got the equipment and they walked me through a few easy steps and I was up and running. You cannot go wrong with this company. They are the ultimate professionals at what they do. If you need any help with wireless equipment or plans these guys are it. Thanks 3gstore.com for helping me find exactly what I needed for my high speed wireless. I now have the wireless router feeding 3 laptops in my home network and it't fantastic.

I was looking for true high speed internet because of where I live. The only thing available was dail-up or satelite. Luckily I stumbled accroos the 3gstore. I spoke with a great salesperson ( I believe her name was Amy) and went with her recommendations. I am 100 percent satisfied with my equipment and when I had a problem getting up and running the tech support was just as great. I recommend these guys to all I know. The tech support is what keeps me coming back. Always curteous and willing to help. Thanks 3gstore I am very impressed with your company!
