I had a lot of questions, which "Vanessa" very patiently answered. I have since rec'd the Sierra Wireless 598 Modem and the accessories and they are functioning properly. I also had a very good experience working with the technical assistance folks in activating the modem and resolving a technical issue I was experiencing. Then When I called to check on delivery status I got a real person!! My product came very quickly and it was easy to install and use. I have ordered from 3Gstore.com a couple times and am always impressed with pre-sales support that their site offers. They provide lots of useful instructions and product write-ups to help you buy the right product for your needs. As a result, I have never had to call them for support.

I was very happy with the friendly, knowledgeable customer service. I was looking for a 3G router that would support AT&T's new Lightning USB data card. Although I could not find any routers that listed support for this data card, I called and asked if they knew of any routers that supported it. I was told that which routers they had tested with that card, and which ones worked, and which did not. I purchased one of the routers that was supposed to work, and, they were right! I'm also very happy with the performance of the router so far. I paid a little more than I could have found elsewhere, but I appreciate good customer service. They also shipped it within a few hours of my order, so I received it very quickly.

I spoke to someone on the phone prior to my order, the response was direct and complete. After placing the order, I received just what I needed quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely keep their contact information on hand for future wireless products.

I am pleased both with the customer service and the MBR900 router. The salesperson helped me decide on the router I should purchases given my requirments. Setting up and configuring the router was very easy, easier then I expected. It took only about 30 minutes to have the router up and running and secured with WPA2 on my 2 XP and 1 vista laptops. One minor thing, I found discrepency with the CradlePoint provided instructions for Vista (32 bit Home Edition) The way it described to get to my connections to add the router was not accurate. But it was easy enough to figure out how to add the router on my own.

The product arrived promptly and technical service after the sale was and continues to be efficient and helpful.

The Phone Presales service was very good and helpful. The order was shipped and arrived across the border in a quick and timely fashion. Shipping costs were a little high, but the fact that the order arrived quickly and with any border holdups or excessive brokerage fees offset the higher fees.
