Never had any issues with Overclockers, fast delivery times and good quality merchandise well packaged. Prices are good or I wouldn't buy from them.

Purchased an ThermalRight SI-120, and a Vantec SF12025L Stealth 120mm fan about 17:00 the previous night, and my equipment turned up 08:30 the next morning via Royal Mail. I am well pleased by the service and the hardware was secure and neatly packed, I installed the hardware and it has been working great ever since and nicely overclocking my prozzer in the proccess.
I cannot fault OcUk for their service & quick delivery. The price is the chepest I could find anywhere on the Internet
Regards

was so very impressed at the speed of delivery! so i have used overclockers a few times before, working full time i was pleased with the fact you can get a delivery to any address even on the first order.
unfortunately this time the DFI lanparty UT NF3 Ultra socket 939 motherboard arrived very very dead.
No answer to phonecalls on saturdays and 40 mins average queueing time during the week to be lied to isnt really going to get a company a good review in my book!!
almost two weeks now and ive been told they dont know when my RMA will be processed... totally disgusted. -100000000000000000 out of 10 for overclockers.
UPDATE:
after a few webnotes to Overclockers they have managed to find my motherboard and have sent me an email to say that they have issued a full refund. Still wont be buying from them again but im pleased with the final outcome.
I thought iw was all over BUT NO!!!
no sign of the refund i was told they was giving me and today (13th Feb) i get home to find they have tried to collect a parcel from me...
ARE THESE PEOPLE STUPID ive had an email from them to say my board has been tested.. definately time to hand over to a solicitor :(

Bought an Sli mb and gfx cards but they sent me wrongs ones, so i returned them. but they didnt refund me all my money just some of it, because they now have the gfx cards that they sent me (not the ones i even ordered) on special off, so i only get some of my money back.

Returned some goods under the distance selling act as they were not suitable. To this date still haven't received a refund. Now I've moved house I'll be filing a court claim against them as it looks like this is the only way to get them to do anything. They not competitive, have limited range of stock and obviously the customer service is possibly the worst in the etail business. Avoid like the plague.

In the past I have had good dealings with OverclockersUK, but when things go wrong they are useless. I purchased an Akasa USB enclosure and the power supply went. An RMA was received and the power supply returned at my expense. A couple of days later new Akasa enclosure was received. A week later the power supply went again. An RMA was received and the power supply returned at my expense. Then the wait set in, after 5 weeks and numerous emails they agreed to send an ICY USB enclosure. However an Akasa enclosure shows up and fails to work again. I'm not sending it back again as it's not cost efficient. But lesson learnt, Overclockers.co.uk are extremely poor at customer service - avoid.

These are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. The customer service is amazingly poor, they cannot rack customer details or even order details. They fail to contact you when problems arise and actually blatantly lie about doing so.
The website lacks any clear information, the contact details are out of date and no longer valid. Never ever again would I place an order with these people, and will be advising all my friends to avoid them like the plague!
A company that cannot communicate and has no idea what it's talking about when it finally gets round to talking is not worth the hassle of shopping with.

I am in the same trade as overclockers .. what a good business they have made out of it .. good luck to them , but customer service is above all the most important .. when i make a sale . i want you to come back .. i am not the cheapest because i am not the biggest , but we are one of the few companys who send out a direct replacement .. no need to wait for rma`s as long as i am satisfied i can send the component back i replace it straight away ... im not here to advertise my company so no links .. i just think the customers are nearly always right :)
Yes i have purchased from them too .. travelled miles as they said it was in stock only to get there and it wasnt

Have spent over £5000 with this company and never had a problem. First problem I had turned vry nasty. Agreed to refund one item from order but 'forgot' to put money back on my card. Isolated problem with system to motherboard - tried in numerous systems. Sent back and they claimed it was working fine. + Charged me £30 for the 'testing'.
Still unresolved - impossible to get through on phone. Not allowed to email them. Try using their 'web note' system... rubbish.

Used this store until I had to deal with a Graphics card RMA
Original card develops fault
1st RMA takes around 16 days(no-email/constant engaged tone/or 6 min ring then cut off)£5 for mailing item to them
RMA card arrives via mail in a jiffy bag, upon opening the card back plate is bent, I manage to test the card, which not surprisingly is broke. Try to contact this shower of charlatans again almost impossible, takes a further 7 days to contact them. Upon me making the point, of my utter astonishment of such a high end VGA card being sent through royal mail in a plastic bag, they respond "all them cards are sent out that way". £5 for mailing item to them
I pay an extra £10 for a retail/boxed version, card arrives via courier total RMA time 10 days.
RMA card dead on arrival
Over the next 4 weeks--
I contact them again(another 4 days of endless engaged tones or the 6 min ring)
The RMA support(used very loosely) are cheeky/unhelpful/cast aspersions on the validity of my RMA request/put me on hold/cut me off/give me wrong e-mail addresses for the manager/never return calls.
I write 2 letters, to which I receive no replies. With the card in the box and my computer gathering dust, I contact the VGA manufacturer and request RMA.
I have been pondering joining and writing this rating for some time, what finally prompted me to join was the arrival of my phone bill, the 6 min cut off looks very profitable.
Ring their customer support line, it speaks volumes of what they represent
