I've ordered from overclockers.co.uk before, and always been impressed by the range of their goods and never really had any problems before. The last order was a shambles though.
I was looking for an SLI set-up, and overclockers.co.uk had just one of the cards I was after in stock (a B-grade as it happened, but that didn't matter to me). Another company also had just one in stock. I decided to order both.
The day they were supposed to arrive the one from the other company (as fate would have it overclock.co.uk) turned up as expected, and I'd happily been tracking it through the web as normal. For overclockers.co.uk though the card was still showing as being in the warehouse. I seemed to remember that they weren't very good at keeping the web information up to date so wasn't too worried, but eventually sent an email to find out what was going on. After a bit of back and forth it turned out that they no longer had the card, even though they'd already taken the money for it. Needless to say the order is now cancelled. Choosing an SLI set-up is tricky, as the cards have to be the same, and I am now left with a particularly difficult decision as I may well not be able to locate another card so may have to return the one that did turn up!
Whilst I can appreciate that web companies might have trouble keeping track of stock, I feel that overclockers.co.uk are no longer trustworthy enough to use as a company for the following reasons:
Their stock systems are not capable of accurately tracking stock levels quickly enough
Their web systems are not advanced enough to inform customers of problems with their order
Their customer service systems are a challenge for the customer rather than the company

I ordered three items (all were in stock at the time), and specified next day delivery.
I took the next day off work to receive the items only to find out that one item was out of stock, and that the order hadn't been sent out.
I spoke to Overclockers, and was given every excuse under the sun as to why their web-site stated these items were in stock, why they hadn't ben bothered to let me know the order wouldn't be fulfilled, and about how hard they were working, at everything except filling people's orders.
I had my order cancelled, and I've cancelled my account with them.
I sent a complaint in to their web-site, and got a curt reply saying the order had been cancelled. I didn't receive anything in the way of an apology, and no fault on their part was acknowledged.
This would have been my second purchase in 10 days.
If you can give them some notice, they're not too bad at getting things right. If you want your stuff in a hurry, go elsewhere or be disappointed.

Beware. Be very Beware. They sell and they will sell you USED items labeled as new. It has happened to me three times. They will also sell you refurbished stuff. I bought an Asus P5n32 SLI mobo and the box was not sealed. When I opened it the mobo had scratches on it. Same happened with two lcds that i bought from them. They had dead pixels and looked used with dust on them. And they charged me price of a new item for all these. SO beware of them and look for somewhere else to buy your products.

These guys are crooks!
They Lie about part spec's
They Lie about part availability
They Lie about delivery date's
They Lie about receiving RMA'S
They sex up the parts description to sell off old stock, rather than advise customers on what they really need!
They charge for items twice!
They charge for testing items that are faulty & then argue about replacing!
They take 28 days to replace faulty parts!
Their telephone service is appalling, its slow, inefficient & the staff are disrespectful & rude!
They treat customers like S*IT!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Good prices, but they really don't want to sell. After putting my order, I receive a e-mail next day: "In order to comply with credit and debit card regulations, we need to verify your identity. To allow us process this and subsequent orders please post or fax (details below) copies of 2 of the following documents.
1 - Bank statement showing address and within last 3 months.
2 - Credit card statement showing address and within last 3 months.
3 - Utlity bill showing address and within last 3 months .
4 - Driving licence."
Well, that's ackward, because the shipping address was the same as the credit card holder (me). Anyway, I'm a patient person, so I understood their need to check up for fraud, especially when ordering for another country. So I faxed them (as requested) an utitily bill and a copy of my driver“s licence; well, it still wasn't good enough. I faxed a copy of another document, but it still "failed to check the security clearance" - is this an online shop or is it the CIA??? Meanwhile MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED, even without my order being processed!!! So they got the money, they got the requested documents and still trey weren't willing to dispacth the order??? I imediatly cancelled the order and demanded for a credit card refund, wich did happened. So I spent time and money attending their requests I 2 weeks later I ended with no video card.
Worse online shopping I did on my life, EVER. overclockers.co.uk? No thanks. Never again.

Ordered Goods and received someone's else's order.
Contacted OCuk on their expensive telephone number and inform them about the problem. They assured me that it was some kind of mix up and that they will come to pick up the goods and send my order strait away. Few days passed nobody came to pick the parcel so I called back again and I needed to explain everything again. They informed me that they located my parcel and will send it same day.
Few days past again and I decided to call them but now it seems that my parcel is not found and that I need to wait until they investigate where the parcel is, but they picked up the parcel that was wrongly delivered. I just couldn't take it any more so I asked for full refund as I didn't received stuff I ordered for more than a week. They refused to give me refund until they locate the parcel that I never received. I just lost my patience and contacted my credit card vendor that will deal with OCuk.
People don't order from them they take your money and they think they are above law.
I am so disappointed and I don't recommend OCuk to anyone.
Shame on you OCuk.

Website claimed goods were in stock. Ordered on Friday morning specifying (and paying) for next day / Saturday delivery. Waited all day on Saturday and no goods delivered. Credit card was debited. When I called on Monday they said they did not have that item in stock and had been waiting for it for weeks!!! If they can't provide the goods, they should not charge for them!!!

If you buy something from this store and it works, then fine. If you buy something and it's faulty, welcome to the worst shopping experience of your life.
I bought the bits for a new PC, all from Overclockers at the same time, after putting them all together, the PC came on but did not boot. I suspected a fault motherboard.
First of all, to report a faulty item you need a RMA number from them. To obtain an RMA number, you have to call a premium rate phone line - the normal shop line will not help.
It then takes them ten days to test the component, after which I had to call them (on the premium rate line again) to find out what was going on.
Then, they returned the component back to me, as no fault found. "It could be another component that's faulty, but you have to work out which one it is". This is despite the fact that I bought all the other components for the PC from them. I explained that I did not have spare CPUs and memory of this type. Their reply : "You need to get hold of them, you can always buy some parts from us". Seriously!
So basically, there was a problem with one of the components they had sold me, but I had to find out what the component was myself, with no spare parts, and they suggested that I buy more spare parts from them to test with. Great.
So I'm now a few hundred quid poorer with a duff PC, Overclockers have made another £5 or so off me from phone calls to their premium rate number, and I've also noticed that the receipt from the motherboard test says that they're going to charge me £10 for testing the motherboard.
I'm going to report them to each and every government department I can find, as I'm sure there must be something in my rights somewhere, especially about the calling a premium rate line to report a faulty part...
Basically, AVOID AVOID AVOID and LOOK ELSEWHERE

I ordered a Radeon 9800 from Overclockers which was supposed to bundle with a game called Hitman. The game never arrived, I could not get through on their phoneline (despite being charged for the privelidge). I eventually faxed them, have had no reply and no game.
This is the second time in a row that I have received less than what I ordered from Overclockers. I ordered a hard disk OEM, however when I checked the serial number and manaufacturer code, it was a rebadged version of an older model.
I will never buy from them again. I recommend checking thoroughly any purchases especially their own brand and OEM goods to make sure they are what they say they are.
Prices are very competetive though, if you can put up with shoddy service they might be worth a go.

Bought a 9700pro from this lot - big mistake.
I've made plenty of internet purchases and this has got to be my worst by far.
First card arrives promptly - no problem there. Card is suffering from screen artifacts - immediately tried to call overclockers. Spent hours trying to get through permanantely engaged support line.
Eventually, phone start ringing - after 5minutes someone picks it up. They were pleasant enough - arranged an RMA and I then returned the card.
Two weeks later no sign of card. Got through to their call queuing system - after 30minutes queuing I eventually gave up.
Eventually, after calling sales line(also permanantely engaged) I got a returned call from support - card was then promptly dispatched.
Recieved a £100 card in a jiffy bag, fan was hanging off, no manual, no cables.
Not suprisingly card failed after a few minutes.
Am now trying again to get through to their support line - got through to sales but would not transfer call or take message. If I ever get through I'm going to ask for a refund, but from other comments I've seen, there's not much chance of this being honoured by overclockers.
If you're thinking of buying anything from overclockers, please don't waste your time, because believe me it'll be a lot of wasted time and money if you have any issues.

Do yourself a big favour and never order from these scammers, first time i ordered a 200GB hardrive, it came stuffed in a jiffy bag. I didn't learnt my lesson then i ordered one of their OCuk Ati Radeon 9700 PRO Cards since it was on offer and at that price it was irresistible. The Card also came stuffed in a jiffy bag, you would expect an item as fragile as this to be well pakaged in a box with airbags etc... Installed the card and the specs wasn't right, card runs slower than it is rated, after doing some reserch i found out the card isn't actually a Radeon 9700 PRO at all, infact it is actually an inferior Radeon 9500 hard modded to perform like a Radeon 9700 PRO, can't do much since i void my cards warranty to find out what it actually is. Its like buying a Pentium 4 but recieving a Celeron in disguise.
Will never buy from them again and so should you!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Overclockers no longer accept emails; They havent even finished dealin with an RMA of mine that im still waiting on via email. There customer support is shoddy and it is a long time to get through.
I highly disrecommend this company.
Overclockers.co.uk also known as ESNET LTD did refuse my refusal of acceptance of the goods under the long distance trading act. I mentioned to them that this was illegal. I spent approximately £1800 with them on this occassion but have spent approximately £5000 or more with them. I am very disapointed as you may imagine.
Overclockers.co.uk/ESNET LTD also refused my returning of goods within a week or purchase under the grounds that the goods were "cutting edge". This is also unnaceptable obviously!
Thanks,
Adam Bull

I ordered a PSU sleaving set, a UV light, 100CDRs and 25DVDRs. I put this order in for next day delivery, double checked everything I ordered was in stock, am still waiting after 2 weeks for my order to come.
This is my 3rd and last time ever ordering from this company, everytime I order they go out of stock over night yet I am forced to pay more for next day shipping, they also fail to mention certain things about products on there website.
If you want a trouble free purchase I would just pay more and actually buy from a company that knows what is actually going on.
