while it took awhile to get my computer, my experience was awesome! I ordered state-of-the-art parts at prices that were updated the day I ordered and they were eager to accomodate me. When my computer arrived DOA, they helped me with troubleshooting, paid for shipping, and kept me updated. Sales staff was on the ball, very helpful, and went the extra mile.

Great Deal! It was well packaged and shipping was fast! I ordered on Friday night; I called the following Tuesday and Steve said that the Burn In was in progress and that the shipment would be shipped that day. He said that I should receive it on Friday. Since my computer had been down since Tuesday of the week before I thought that would be okay.  
 
I receive the package on Thursday, installed the board/processor and my system is up and running again. Thank you CPU Solutions for restoring my faith in online shopping.

After another company fell through in getting me a much needed motherboard replacement, I took to finding another seller capable of filling my order.  
 
Upon doing a quick price search, I saw CPU Solutions was among the top 3 cheapest for the part I needed, and actually had VERY reasonable shipping costs.  
 
I called their store to varify stock, and was not only assured that they had stock, but that they would do there best to ship my motherboard that day!  
 
The woman on the phone was very polite and helpful. We decided ordering it online would probably be easiest, and she asked my name and said she'd be watching for my order, and get it out to me ASAP.  
 
I ordered on a Monday and got it on Wednesday. I paid for UPS 2 day air, and it ran me less than $15!  
 
I couldn't believe it! A store with great prices, great shipping rates, and great service! I will be buying many more parts from CPU Solutions, and I think you should too!

Wow! This seller is amazing. Last week I had purchased a wireless router and card, but had some problems with the shipping address. After a simple phone message, they shipped it the next day and I got it in record time. Then, my motherboard got fried two days ago and I ordered a new one around noon PST, and they shipped it THAT SAME DAY! My motherboard is scheduled to arrive today and I couldn't be happier.  
 
Above all else, their prices are extrememly competetive. From now on, CPU Solutions will be my first stop when purchasing computer hardware.

I placed a previous order and got it quickly and it worked great. SO, I placed a second order for roughly the same thing for another computer. I expected it to ship as quickly as the last one. But they didn't ship it within the expect time. So I called their number. Talked with a VERY nice salesperson. Got the situation rectified (478 Celerons were harder to find). They shipped the parts THAT DAY and although I paid for 3 day, they shipped 2 day at the same rate! Got it on the day I wanted it at first, with little difficultly. I will purchase again.

I am a Professional Electrical Engineer who had a problem with a failed motherboard. The customer service from CPUSOLUTIONS was outstanding and more than I had expected. They took care of the problem very quickly and I was very impressed by the technical knowledge and trouble shooting capabilities exibited by their staff. I will continue to buy all my computer products from them. I give them the highest rating.

I really enjoy doing business with these people, They as I are from the midwest and you can tell by the service they give. Prompt, polite and fast. Couldn't say enough good about them and have gone over board to help me in an unrelated problem. Kudo's to you folks at CPU Solutions

Ordered a barebones system, everything arrived promptly and specified as ordered. However, the power supply was DOA which makes me wonder if a POST test was performed. The tech was good about a replacement power supply which was sent promptly. However the replacement supply was not identical, it was the 20-pin instead of the 24-pin originally sent with the system. I have to give a mixed review; the seller is easy to work with but was inconsistent in sending the components.

Great people to work with; excellent selection and prices, as well as quick turnaround on orders.  
 
Definitely will buy from again.

The system I purchased from CPU Soulutions arrived in excellent condition and works wonderfully. Their customer service and workmanship are much better than the last company that I bought computers from. With that said, I think I have found a new PC supplier for our company.
