I ordered a Motherboard combo (MB,CPU,Fan) From CPU Solutions. When the package arrived the cooling fan was not in the package. As has been the problem with other online suppliers I was prepared for a long up hill battle. ALAS not with CPU SOLUTIONS. One phone call and I was assured said fan would be in the mail "TODAY". I backed up the phone call to customer support and with in 8 hours received a reply/sppology and more reasurrance the fan was in the mail.  
This cumpany has it together. You get a warm and fuzzy right from the beginning. There are cheaper places but are they there or speak english when you need them? Buy from these guys!

I ordered a motherboard from CPU Solutions via their website late on a Sunday evening and was nicely suprised finding it on my door steps the following Wednesday after work. I had some trouble with the BIOS settings and thought I had lost the mobo in a matter of 10 minutes from installing it. However an email I sent that evening was promptly answered the following morning with instructions on how to solve my troubles. After following the technicians instructions on setting the jumpers according to my CPU the computer booted up into the OS. The email response time from their technician Bo was within 5 minutes of me sending them and helped me out tremendously. I will certainly use this company in the future and appreciate the swift help and knowledge Bo provided. I would recommend CPU Solutions to anyone looking for fast shipping times and friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

Very pleased and happy customer! Ordered Gigabyte GA-7ZXE mobo,AMD Athlon XP 1800 CPU(combo deal w/cooling)and super-sized case. Had emails within 1 1/2 hours w/order notification and the fedex tracking number. Everthing packaged safely. The only complaint is the FedEx Ground delivery system. Package could not be held at FedEx terminal as I had hoped & wanted. But that's not CPU Solutions fault. EXCELLENT COMPUTER PARTS COMPANY!!! Will buy from again in the future!

Very professional, ordered an ASUS motherboard which was about $10.00 above the least expensive on pricewatch.com however service was prompt (I received the FEDEX tracking # within hours)and the card was packed and worked very well. I would order again..

Well, once again you all @ CPU Solutions have amazed me once again with your excellent and speedy delivery. As a reseller it's sure is hard to find a company that has decent prices for quality merchandise. When you get it, works and if you need to return it, you can. Most of the time when I place an order by the next day I already see that it's on it's way even with reg. ground service. I could go on and on but I won't so in short just want say thanks for making my purchasing nightmare a pleasure.

I shop in the madison area a lot for computer parts and I really like their selection as well as their prices. Customer support is good and friendly. If they had the inventory of someone like Tiger direct they would be awesome. Still , they are a really good find.

Don't remember how I found their site, but prices were reasonable and I was going to be in their area, so e-mailed and asked about order pickup instead of shipping. Got an e-mail next morning that said OK, just call the order in at least a half hour ahead. WOW! Only a half hour!! Place the order a little after 9am and everything was ready when I aarrived around 1pm. No hassles, no waiting. Asked the person behind the desk about a couple of other items I had been thinking about and was give very knowledgeable, complete answers. Will definitely order from them again. All items worked great.

Well lets say the price were kinda of booggy. Well i bough a althon 1700+ a retail box for 79 and the oem were 69 So i decide to order it i went to surff to another site because i was happy i got what wanted. I checked off different sites like www.newegg.com the price WERE lower then CPUsolutions.com Like the althon 2100 were 80 bucks had me dissapointed . The order Confirmation were good but the only problem was that the Second of the email of the tracking order was kinda of bad the subject of the email was called "no subject" . But the tech was very good. I was on the phone with some customer serivce guy because i had shipped to another destination be side of the billing info. The customer service person had called my house and lefted a message saying, the shipping did not existed. So i called back and wanted to talked to the person of the customer serivce that lefted an message of the email the Guy was very nice was poelite and had to get everything stright done. So he had to called credit card authorization (for secured frud reason) next to 3 minute called back and said "every thing is ok i have contact the credit card authorization and were able to shipp it" then hanged up.I was happy that everything went well
