I ordered a custom PC:  
Foxconn case, MSI K8N Neo Platinum motherboard, generic RAM, 120GB Western Digital harddrive w/ 8 MB cache, Lite on +- DVD burner, AMD64 3000+ cpu w/ 512 L2 (?) cache.  
 
I originally ordered the product by phone. The sales rep did an excellent job helping me narrow down my component options while still keeping the price within my budget. The shipment took longer than I wanted to, but the order was placed before a holiday weekend - so I don't believe it was CPU Solution's fault. The computer arrived on January 25, 2005 and worked right out of the box. The only think I was disappointed in was the foxconn pc case. I think it is on the "flimsier" side - and should have gone w/ an Antec case instead. It's still way to early to determine the stability of the overall system.

I ordered a motherboard CPU combo earlier this month from them and it exceeded my expectations. I also ordered a Broadway case and power supply from them. Their customer support actually spoke English (unlike Hewlitt Packard) and were very friendly. They do, however, need to work on their UPS shipping calculator. Sometimes it charges you extra shipping when it shouldn't. I ordered my Broadway case with an additional fan and was charged $13 extra dollars in shipping. Their customer service assured me that they would correct the problem. So keep an eye on their shipping charges and let them know if you think that it is incorrect.

I have never had an issue with the products from cpusolutions up until now. The product I bought was memeory. When I placed the ram in my pc, it didn't work. Of course this is very upsetting considering I have to return the product and pay an additional shipping fee.

Will keep buying from CPU Solutions .

Product was shipped the day I ordered. I also asked some technical questions about the product via phone and email, and both were answered. Product was also packed well.

I have been purchases from CPU Solutions and there comuster service has been 100% I have been requesting items what are so new to the market and with out a dought they have them, ready to go it is so nice to work with a company that all I have to say is you know what I want. and the prices are so low that I dont have to shop are and look for the best deal. Innerclick.com will now make all purchases from CPU SOLUTIONS this company is a 10 star . If you need service talk to Todd.

I think CPU Solutions is great! They offer better prices than standard retailers with the same quality products. I do all of my purchacing through CPU Solutions. Our Account Rep is great! I'm glad I found CPU Solutions and I recommend it to all of the people I do business with.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Cpusolutions. They've got the products I need at the prices I want and there customer service is second to none. I will continue to use them as the main source for my computing needs.

This is my third order from them. I find their prices are the best and they're fast & reliable. First I bought a new PC to use as my Linux server. Even though it was custom built, it arrived in less than a week. Next I added another drive to it. Now I bought the same 120G Seagate drive for my Mac G4 since I haven't seen one for that price anywhere else.

Odered and recieved a non-functioning UPS. Several emails. Cust service stopped returning my emails.

I have ordered for work and for personal items and their service has been outstanding.  
 
All products are securely packaged and shipped in a timely manner.

I am writing this letter to you to commend you on your orders. I haven’t placed large orders in the past but I have had a few. Last week I ordered a motherboard combo with a case and DVD Burner. I received everything quicker than when I expected but on time according to your schedule. Everything worked just fine. I am a little unhappy with the case and wish I had spent a few extra dollars on a different one, however I want to point out that that is not your fault it is my own. Monday afternoon I placed another order for a power supply and floppy. I noticed it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow the 15th. I am very happy with your prices and service. Thank you.

If you are in doubt about ordering from this company, put that thought behind you. I have never had such a great experience over the internet! I ordered a barebones kit late night on Thursday and cheap UPS ground. It arrived early Thursday the next week. It was packed very well. It probably would have made it to the moon and back. I was notified by e-mail when it was shipped with a tracking number, and when it was delivered. Ofcource the computer worked when I first powered it up and it is working just fine now. This might be what everyone, including me, expect from a e-company, but I have had some really BAD experiences from internet companies. I'm sure you have too or you woulden't be checking out the companies on resellerratings.com. We have over 50-computers online at our business and I will orded from here again and again. My wife says I'm a certified computer geek, so just give these guys a try...

This was my first purchase with this company. I bought a Broadway 712-4HLW-Blue computer case from them. The order was placed on 8-15, they shipped it on 8-16, and I received it on 8-18. Item was very well packed and no damage happened during transit. I had called this company the next day to get the tracking number. The guy I spoke with was very polite and said he just sent it out and that ups will send me emails when it ships and when they drop it off. Sure enough later that day I got the ups email. I'm very pleased with my transaction with this company. They have earned a future customer. Good job!
