I really enjoy doing business with these people, They as I are from the midwest and you can tell by the service they give. Prompt, polite and fast. Couldn't say enough good about them and have gone over board to help me in an unrelated problem. Kudo's to you folks at CPU Solutions

Ordered a barebones system, everything arrived promptly and specified as ordered. However, the power supply was DOA which makes me wonder if a POST test was performed. The tech was good about a replacement power supply which was sent promptly. However the replacement supply was not identical, it was the 20-pin instead of the 24-pin originally sent with the system. I have to give a mixed review; the seller is easy to work with but was inconsistent in sending the components.

Great people to work with; excellent selection and prices, as well as quick turnaround on orders.  
 
Definitely will buy from again.

The system I purchased from CPU Soulutions arrived in excellent condition and works wonderfully. Their customer service and workmanship are much better than the last company that I bought computers from. With that said, I think I have found a new PC supplier for our company.

One of the best out there. Promised roughly 5 days total ship time They shipped it in 3. Many places do as they promise. These guys exceeded it by 40%. Talked to one of their techs to make sure my personal configuration did not have any conflicts. Tech was not farmed out to India and he actually knew what he was talking about. Arrived double boxed. All components were as promised.  
 
I give em 10 of 10. Machine up and running all day every day since and works well for both wife and I. Software was even loaded for me.  
 
Would I buy again? Uh YEA.

Superior customer service with knowledgeable staffs and tech-supports. Very friendly office environment with a huge selection of parts. I can't be any happier to have CPSSolutions store nearby where I can walk right in to get parts that I needed for my customers. When you walk in you're immediately greeted by the VP of the store, "the all American girl," Maureen. Bo, Paul, Todd and the rest of the crews are great to work with. Keep up the great you're doing!

Excellent customer service. Bought a whole computer system which was quickly up and running after delivery. One subassembly (non critical) was defective (DOA) and had to be replaced; this was done quickly with no problem. Both Bo and Paul were very helpful when I was picking the components for my system and placing my order Paul was very helpful when troubleshooting the DOA subassembly. I will definitely buy from this company again. I'm pleased with the system that I purchased.

Last October I was ready for a _new_ computer. (I had bought my previous 4 or 5 from Goodwill.) To make my money go the farthest I researched "bare bones" systems and eventually settled on CPU Solutions. At the time they had a 6 month rating here of 100% ! I got an Athlon 64 system with an ASUS motherboard, ATI Radeon graphics card, half a gig of RAM in a Broadway 337PLW-Black case. (I highly recommend that case!) I ordered on a Sunday, received the system on Thursday (including test/burn-in), installed the hard drive and DVD burner I already have, and have been using the system with (almost) no problems ever since! (The few problems I blame on Microsoft.) Excellent product (I chose all my options _very_ carefully), very fast service, well packed and with all the parts and documentation.

Im a hardcore gamer so i know that the big name manufacturers aren't going to give me what I need. I need a system with the utmost power and speed. I also need to have complete upgradability to keep up with the latest games. So I have to go outside the box with a custom built PC. I placed my order at cpu solutions because they were so cost competitive. I started at Alienware and received a comparable system for 500 dollars less from CPU. It was built and shipped in a timely manner. When I received my package it had been tossed about by ups and there was damage to one of my video cards. I wrote an email to their technical support and they immediately authorized a return for refund. The best part was that I was able to buy everything conveniently over the internet and when I had a problem I received a real human response, not some crappy form letter. I'll definitely shop here again.

These are really friendly and helpful people!!  
 
Before ordering, I called and asked a product question. The person I spoke to put me on hold, and went and actually checked the product and then answered me.  
 
Product was shipped promptly, but then the front bezel was cracked when I received it (not their fault). I called them, and they immediately shipped a replacement bezel to me, w/o charge, along with a return shipment tag.  
 
I talked to one of their techs about some questions about assembling the case, and he also was very helpful.  
 
VERY highly recommended!! I just wish that they carried more stuff so I could order more from them :)!

As a computer sales and service business owner, I have dealt with CPU Solutions for almost 4 years now. I also deal with two of the major wholesalers in the U.S. I have found that CPU Solution's prices are very competitive, and at times even lower than the major distributors' prices. Even their quality of service and support far exceed that of the larger companies. I've had to return items only on two occasions, and once I received the RMA (the same day I sent my request), the return process was simple and fast. The only areas I would suggest to improve is possibly a larger video card selection, and a choice if Kingston Value RAM. Other than that, they have a very good variety of products.  
 
CPU Solutions will have Empire Systems as a loyal customer for a long time to come! Bravo!

I bought a new system from CPU Solutions. I not only got a very good deal but recieved it a excellent time. I will definately continue to by from them.

We were happy with our 1st purchase and bought again, so far a big mistake. The service this company offers in the event of problems is at best LOUSY. Unless something changes soon we will be looking for another supplier for our future purchases.
