I just got off the phone with Todd from CPU Solutions and WOW! Just WOW! Finally! An online computer company that KNOWS what the words "Customer Service" means! Let me explain:  
 
I have been trying to find an affordable new computer for video editing/gaming. I have looked at several other(extremely low rated) online pc companies. Until I found CPU Solutions on THIS website, I thought I might NEVER find an honorable online pc company.  
 
I used the CPU Solutions website (www.cpusolutions.com) to create a custom pc to fit my needs. Granted their website doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" of some of the other online companies, but it contains most of the necessary information.  
 
After much research on my part, I had constructed the machine I wanted but still had several questions. I was hesitant to call CPU Solutions toll free phone number (800-474-4278) mainly due to my past bad experiences with calls made to online companies(on hold for hours/automated phone systems). Boy, was I pleasantly surprised when a HUMAN answered the phone after only 3 rings!  
 
After a courteous greeting, I was transferred to Todd in the Sales Department of CPU Solutions. Todd was VERY helpful. He took the time to answer every single question and concern I had about the system I was wanting to have built by CPU Solutions! He displayed VERY good knowledge of both computers and customer service!  
 
Needless to say, I WILL be placing an order with CPU Solutions in the VERY near future. And if the computer I receive is as good as the service I've received thus far...I WILL be a longterm CPU Solutions customer! Thanks CPU Solutions and Todd :)  
 
Edit: Sorry for the late edit...Received my merchandise on time and as advertised! My new pc works PERFECTLY! Thanks for reinstating my trust in ebusiness CPU Solutions :D

Great Deal! It was well packaged and shipping was fast! I ordered on Friday night; I called the following Tuesday and Steve said that the Burn In was in progress and that the shipment would be shipped that day. He said that I should receive it on Friday. Since my computer had been down since Tuesday of the week before I thought that would be okay.  
 
I receive the package on Thursday, installed the board/processor and my system is up and running again. Thank you CPU Solutions for restoring my faith in online shopping.

I placed a previous order and got it quickly and it worked great. SO, I placed a second order for roughly the same thing for another computer. I expected it to ship as quickly as the last one. But they didn't ship it within the expect time. So I called their number. Talked with a VERY nice salesperson. Got the situation rectified (478 Celerons were harder to find). They shipped the parts THAT DAY and although I paid for 3 day, they shipped 2 day at the same rate! Got it on the day I wanted it at first, with little difficultly. I will purchase again.

Ordered a barebones system, everything arrived promptly and specified as ordered. However, the power supply was DOA which makes me wonder if a POST test was performed. The tech was good about a replacement power supply which was sent promptly. However the replacement supply was not identical, it was the 20-pin instead of the 24-pin originally sent with the system. I have to give a mixed review; the seller is easy to work with but was inconsistent in sending the components.

Took care of me .....very satisfied...had a problem and was resolved by owner immediately.....thankyou

Product was shipped the day I ordered. I also asked some technical questions about the product via phone and email, and both were answered. Product was also packed well.  
 
Will shop there again.

I ordered an Illiminated Keyboard/Purple (only place I found Purple)in Color on 4-5-04, arrived on 4-7-04. $40 +$6.99 shipping is very reasonable. Arrived fast and in good shape. Very thorough tracking info provided.  
Other online retailers should try to be more like CPUsolutions. I am very impressed. 5*'s

Great price, great machine. Shipped quickly, arrived in excellent shape. We will definitely be purchasing more units from this seller!

Have been a "walk-up" customer of CPU Solutions for some time now. Since I found their store front was close to me, I haven't bought any computer supplies anywhere else. I highly recommend calling and chatting with the sales team. I had some questions about LINUX info online and one of their tech's emailed me a few days later to point me in the right direction. Once again, I'm very impressed with this business and will continue to shop with them.

I've been a customer since 2000, have bought 2 systems with them. My first system is still running and going to my Daughter. I just purchased a Athlon 64 Barbones. Just time to upgrade. The prices are good, the items are well packed... Even recommended this company to my Father who bought a system.
