Ordered LiteOn DVD and also LiteOn CDRW. About a week after ordering the DVD showed up but no CDRW. Waited a couple days then called. They said it was no longer available. Of course they had already charged my credit card for both. I asked when they were going to inform me that I would not be recieving the CDRW, they gave some lame answer. Then instead of doing the right thing and offering me the next best product they had in stock they tried to pawn some inferior product on me. I canceled the order. To their credit though, I did recieve a quick refund. I was not impressed with their business tactics. All the while I was in the middle of building my new system and getting frustrated becuase I did not have all the components.

I bought on monday from them. They shipped the product fast, and I got it on thursday. I will buy from them again.

BUYER BEWARE!! The item that I ordered from them was DOA. Instead of doing the RIGHT thing and immediately accepting the item back for replacement, they want you to make you wait 10 DAYS before they will issue a RMA so you can return the item. I am sending the item back to them and filing a dispute claim with VISA. Hopefully I can get a CHARGE BACK to my credit card. They also RAPED me for a $13.72 shipping charge when the ACTUAL cost to ship was $5.41. I recommend staying FAR away from these bunch of California CROOKS!
