Ordered an IBM Deskstar 60GB and a SoundBlaster Live!, both OEM, on a sunday evening. They arrived undamaged and well-packed via UPS ground 7 business days later. Both products were brand new and exactly what I ordered. Shipping was a little slow compared to other resellers, but that might have been UPS' fault.
Overall, I have no complaints about this company. Nothing particularly made them stand out as a quality reseller, but there were no problems either. I'd reccomend them if you happen to find a good deal there, and I might purchase again.
These guys suck. I ordered an AMD Athlon 1.3GHZ OEM CPU from them and an IBM HD. Have never opened the HD. The CPU was used, had thermal grease all over it and the pins were bent. Of course it didnt work. Calling customer service and returns reached only an answering machine. No one ever called back. The prices were cheap and for good reason, what they sell you isnt going to work. I will never order from them again.
This company has extreemly low prices and items are always shipped immediately. Ed seems to be a straight shooter. Warranties take a couple of weeks but I can live with that. Shipping prices are fair considering the low advertised prices. I give them a 10.
I bought an IBM Deskstar 40GB 7200RPM IDE hard drive from Next Hardware Shop for $73.27 including S&H. The price was unbeatable and the product came three days after I ordered it and intact. As far as hard drives go, this is the place to buy them.

I ordered a NOMAD II mp3 player from this company. It was refurbished and white boxed (no fancy package, no manuals, etc). I ordered it Friday at 11:30 am Central Time. That afternoon I got a UPS notice that my package had shipped.
When the package came it was packaged well. The unit works well. It came exactly as advertised.
I had a good experience. So did a friend of mine who ordered something similar. I would definately order from them again.
I bought an 80 Gig hdd from the people at next hardware shop on the 4th of june.
Prices where good i guess.
It was somewhat odd though, now that i notice that the shipping on a 2lb hdd is 14.82 for UPS GROUND.
I was suppose to recieve it on the 11th but it's been pushed back to the 12th i guess i can really only blame the people at ups for that.
I guess later on today (hopefully)
I will return with any information about the quality of the costly shipping.
Well when i got my hdd it came with no ide cable and just as i predicted it didn't work.
i call them and they tell me to call ibm(the manufacturer).
i call ibm and they tell me i need an 80 pin ide cable. right now i am thinking why the fuck didn't those assholes as nexthardware shop didn't send it with one. so i go out of my way and order an 80 pin ide cable from some site and wait another week for it to come. i get it and it didn't work either. see now i am really pissed so i call back both companys. nexthardware shop tells me to bring my hdd to a comp store and get them to give me a ide cable compatible with it(after they sold out ibm that is)
so to be short buying ANYTHING from this company isn't worth the time or money.

Bought LiteOn 24x burner in December and the drive went bad at the end of January. It took two RMA forms until I got a response that they would exchange it. After sending it back, I waited six weeks (I know I should have called or acted sooner, but I ve dealt w/ RMAs that legitamately take that long so I gave them allowance). I then called them twice and found out that nothing was being done. Spoke to the person in charge of RMAs and had to give him the whole speil again (what happened to my RAM request forms?). He said not a problem, I even asked to up it to the 32x model and he said no prob. So two weeks go bys, ARGH!!! Call them again and he says they recently moved and had lost my information?!?!!! (So how can he confirm that I am calling on a legimate claim?! AHHH) Anyways I say you better send it this time and he says it will go out. Well guess what? One week later and STILL no burner, so I call up and tell them HEY JUST CANCEL it, fortunately each time I called I spoke to the same person (for their RMAs) and I could tell he recognized my voice and had a sense of trepidation. Ofcourse I am a nice guy and didnt blow up on him, but I did ask for to cancel the charge and he agreed. Two months later, the charge finally went thru. I will NEVER buy from these incompetents again!
Motherboard went bad. Still under warranty. Called 3 times. Can't find a person and I get only an answering machine. No return calls. WARNING- Always call a seller before buying to see if you will ever find someone to talk to in case of a return or problem. I will never buy from them again. The prices were good but if you have a problem and cant return so what. Cheep aint cheep.
I needed a CDRW burner for a custom build computer I was building for someone. So I found one at a somewaht good price and ordered it. on Monday 4/29/2002 I received a email about shipping.
But all it said was billing information received. Shipping was to be delivered on Friday 5/3/2002. I call UPS Friday to find out what that was all about they stated no item was even picked up. I waited all day for it.
Follow up: Item came by UPS Monday
5/6/2002. So far they have delivered on time it seems UPS delivered it the wrong day. So
I may buy from them again we will see.

I ended up not ordering from these folks. I put together a sizable order for some hardware to build a couple of P4 systems that we needed to build. They listed great prices, and I called to verify stock on the items. They were quite helpful...until I noticed that they were going to charge me over $300 for shipping for these parts! I told them no way, and they replied "we sell this below cost, we have to make it somewhere". What a crock. Their final offer was to provide shipping for around $200, but I declined. I also reported them to Pricewatch.com for shipping gouging. Be careful in dealing with this company.
Bought a couple of sticks of Memory. Price of the memory was not important.
however the price of shipping was, cost me about 30 dollars to ship a few sticks of memory. Come on, not even 1 pound, UPS would have cost me 6 bucks to ship.
What can I say, this company makes up for the low prices with shipping gouging. Not very trust worthy at all.
This is a great company! I ordered a sound card from them (Sound blaster audigy platinum) on a Sunday. They shipped it out the next day. It was neatly packaged with 'fragile' written clearly on the box (unlike some other companies I ordered from). The sound card works great. The only complaint I have is that their shipping was a little much (like $15 for ground shipping!) but other than that, the company is pretty good. Will order from them again.
