This is bulls**t. I ordered something last night and tried to cancel the order a hour or so later via e-mail. All their e-mail addresses on their site are BAD addresses. I'm calling today during business hours, and get a voicemail box. I'm very upset with these people and I advise anyone reading this to stay away from their company.
Update: I still have not been able to contact the store via e-mail. All their e-mail links lead to bad addresses. Several voicemail messages have gone unreturned, and I've just found that they've charged my account.
Don't buy from these people. They'll sure as heck take your order and your money, but you can FORGET any sort of customer support. This review was modified by its author, Wotok, on

I placed an order on a Friday afternoon and decided to cancel my order. I sent them an e-mail on Sunday evening requesting they cancel my order. They shipped the item on Wednesday. Clearly this is poor customer service.

I've ordered about 10 times from this company with no problems. Shipments have always been 1-2 days and everything has always been there and everything has been new.
Rule #1 of purchasing from online mail-order companies. Make sure that you are purchasing something you can return directly to the manufacturer. For instance, I purchased an Asus motherboard from nexthardwareshop (retail packaged), asus had packaged the wrong connector so I called asus and they shipped me a new one. If a harddrive dies you call the manufacturer for the swap out. That way you avoid having to deal with the merchant, unless the merchant is newegg and then you don't have to worry much. Received DOA Asus motherboard from this vendor. When we attempted an RMA we were ignored in all our attempts to contact and receive an RMA. Phone calls were not returned and this Vendor seems to have no interest in customer satisfaction.

prices are good, website used to be unstable and have missing links, but have been fixed in recent months, and their shipping prices are about half what they were in January. Great for optical drives, sound cards, and sometimes CPU/mobo/RAM. Very good reseller.

i have ordered soundblaster live cards, cdr,cd-roms and 8 harddrives , on several orders and have not had any problems, shipping is high, but still overall lower than competitors.

I ordered DVD-rom from them, after about an hour I called them and canceld the item. However, after after few days i got a letter saying that product was sent and my credit card was charged!

I wonder why someone will rate this company great, except their own employee or affiliate. In short, My experience said they are a Liar, Cheat!
I ordered a HD from them, and the price before the online transaction was higher than advertised in PriceWatch.com. I specifically called in to ask, and they said just mentioned pricewatch and they will reduce the final price for me.
I did, but they still OVER Charged me on my credit card. I called in three days later, and the person try to fool me saying the charge that appear on my Online credit card report is not the final price, that it was a TEMPORARY reflection of what they are gonna charge me, and the actual lower price would be charged later after they shipped the product. Told me to be patient.
I called again 1 day later, claiming they are lying. They then changed the tone saying the price on PriceWatch was outdated. I told them I have been monitoring pricewath.com everyday and the price still $71, not $74 as they charged me.
Immediately they said the shipping cost is too high to ship to my state, and that is why they cannot offer me the lower price. I said BullShit, and I argued that they advertised a max cap on the shipping cost but not honoring it.
Finally, they agreed to pay the price difference. However, they just want to pay $2, instead of $3 (they thought I did not do the math). Again, I mentioned the advertised exact amount of Max CAP of shipping cost in pricewatch.com, tell them the difference in amount.
At last, they gave me $3. See how bad their morale, not honest. If I do not get my money back, i will dispute the charge at credit card company.
Screw NextHardWareShop!

I buy something from these guys almost every month. I think the prices are pretty good and I always get the stuff within a few days. I ordered a monitor about 10 days ago and they sent me a UPS notification as always so I expected to get it in a few days. I checked the UPS tracking number and it looks like the monitor was never sent. They did not notify me it was on back order. I have sent them an e-mail but have yet to get a response.

NextHardwareshop.com is a EVIL site!! They Riped me off Big time.Do not buy from them, I recived a stolen Motherbaord(asustek a7m266-d) The mother Board was DOA, AND all the S/N were removed from the Box & the actual board I couldnt return the board to asus and nexthardwareshop wouldnt take it back eather. they said I did it! why i would do that to my own mobo is beyond me! anyways I am in the process of bring the THEIF's to Court.
I had a HOrrible experince with this company, ALthought they have kick @§§ prices,its because they are selling Perhaps stolen or SHifty Goods.

I purchased a CD-writer, a hard drive, and some memory via this company's website. I received shipping confirmation within 36 hours. The shipping cost for UPS Ground was a little high ($23 total), but didn't offset the great prices. My shipment arrived 8 days later. If I have any problems with the items, I'll add another post, but at this point, I'm extremely satisfied with the great bargain, and with the prompt shipping.

Thumbs down on these guys. I ordered a floppy drive and a Memorex CDRW from them.They sent me a tracking number but the package never actually shipped. When I called them, they said the CDRW wasn't actually in stock. That was on a Friday, and they said if it didn't come into stock on Monday they would ship me a better drive at the same price. I didn't hear from them (and they didn't return my call) on monday so I canceled the order. To their credit, most of the times I called them, I got a live person fairly quickly. I was inquiring about the availability of a product that they list on their site, and what they though the shipping schedule would be (I needed the product rather quickly) when I asked them if they had any idea that their resellerrating was rather low.
The sales person hung up on me.
I ordered elsewhere.

I ordered an ASUS motherboard from these guys. I had no problem placing an order and I had no problems with the price. The part was in stock and shipped promptly. Granted that I ordered the mobo early in September and the delivery date was set for somewhere around September 13, I was patient due to events of Sept 11. Anyway, after waiting until close to October I became very impatient. I was tracking the package on the carrier's website and apparently it never left the sorting facility. I called both the sorting facility to figure out where my package was. It took several days to hear back from them and when I did, they told me that I had to contact the vendor to have them submit a claim. I contacted the vendor and had them contact the sorting facility. It took several phone calls back and forth to each party to get this resolved. The vendor initiated a three-way call to the sorting facility to clarify all the information and finalize the claim. As soon as the claim was submitted my replacement was shipped. I received that in less than a week. I am satisfied with their tenacity to help me with this problem. If the situation arises where I would need to buy a product from them again, I would.
