I've ordered about 10 times from this company with no problems. Shipments have always been 1-2 days and everything has always been there and everything has been new.  
 
Rule #1 of purchasing from online mail-order companies. Make sure that you are purchasing something you can return directly to the manufacturer. For instance, I purchased an Asus motherboard from nexthardwareshop (retail packaged), asus had packaged the wrong connector so I called asus and they shipped me a new one. If a harddrive dies you call the manufacturer for the swap out. That way you avoid having to deal with the merchant, unless the merchant is newegg and then you don't have to worry much.

prices are good, website used to be unstable and have missing links, but have been fixed in recent months, and their shipping prices are about half what they were in January. Great for optical drives, sound cards, and sometimes CPU/mobo/RAM. Very good reseller.  
BTW, half a page to complain about *$3*!!!!!?????? get a life buddy.

Good Company to order from. The Webpage could use alot of work though.

I purchased a CD-writer, a hard drive, and some memory via this company's website. I received shipping confirmation within 36 hours. The shipping cost for UPS Ground was a little high ($23 total), but didn't offset the great prices. My shipment arrived 8 days later. If I have any problems with the items, I'll add another post, but at this point, I'm extremely satisfied with the great bargain, and with the prompt shipping.

Ordered an IBM Deskstar 60GB and a SoundBlaster Live!, both OEM, on a sunday evening. They arrived undamaged and well-packed via UPS ground 7 business days later. Both products were brand new and exactly what I ordered. Shipping was a little slow compared to other resellers, but that might have been UPS' fault.  
 
Overall, I have no complaints about this company. Nothing particularly made them stand out as a quality reseller, but there were no problems either. I'd reccomend them if you happen to find a good deal there, and I might purchase again.

This company has extreemly low prices and items are always shipped immediately. Ed seems to be a straight shooter. Warranties take a couple of weeks but I can live with that. Shipping prices are fair considering the low advertised prices. I give them a 10.

I bought an IBM Deskstar 40GB 7200RPM IDE hard drive from Next Hardware Shop for $73.27 including S&H. The price was unbeatable and the product came three days after I ordered it and intact. As far as hard drives go, this is the place to buy them.

I ordered a NOMAD II mp3 player from this company. It was refurbished and white boxed (no fancy package, no manuals, etc). I ordered it Friday at 11:30 am Central Time. That afternoon I got a UPS notice that my package had shipped.  
 
When the package came it was packaged well. The unit works well. It came exactly as advertised.  
 
I had a good experience. So did a friend of mine who ordered something similar. I would definately order from them again.  
 

The prices are great at this store and so was the service. I was very happy with my purchase and will return to shop at this store.

Reasonable shipping time and great packing, great prices. Will buy from again.

This is a great company! I ordered a sound card from them (Sound blaster audigy platinum) on a Sunday. They shipped it out the next day. It was neatly packaged with 'fragile' written clearly on the box (unlike some other companies I ordered from). The sound card works great. The only complaint I have is that their shipping was a little much (like $15 for ground shipping!) but other than that, the company is pretty good. Will order from them again.

I bought on monday from them. They shipped the product fast, and I got it on thursday. I will buy from them again.

I ordered a CD-RW on saturday, and received it on Friday. It didn't get shipped out until Tuesday night, even though the charge appeared on my bank statement on Tuesday morning.  
 
I was not impressed with the return policy, or the amount of effort it actually took to speak to a real person on the phone, so I pity anyone who actually needs to contact these people for questions or returns.  
 
After reading reviews from other people, I was worried that I wouldn't be getting the right item, if even at all, within a reasonable time.  
 
To their credit, they shipped out the right item, and I received it in less than a week from time of order. The price was also very very good, although $12+ shipping on a 2-lb item is WAY too much.  
 
Due to the lack of ease to reach these people, and the amount of time it took for them to ship the item out, and the return policy, and the slightly increased shipping costs, I probably won't be buying from here again. However, not a bad service... just not anything special.  

I ordered a CD-RW drive from here, the price was excellent, but the shipping was way to high. I did not have to contact customer support and the drive arrived a day after it said it was going to...I would possibly order from them again.

Received my order a day earlier than UPS had expected, and everything was in good working condition. NextHardware has always answered my calls.. I guess some companies have their good and bad days... luckily I caught them on a good one.

So far so good... placed an order Monday morning (12/2) and received email confirmation by end-of-day...  
Was registered with UPS the following day, so at least I'm assured that the pkg is on it's way... shipping was high, but overall the price was right. A little longer then I had intended on waiting... (Ordered on Monday, expected to receive following Wednesday.) First time shopping w/ Next Hardware, and not necessarily the last.. (We'll see once the package arrives!)
