I feel like I have found the best resource! The equipment was wonderful- plus the ease of the process will definitely be the reason I keep using them! I had no idea that such a place existed, but am thrilled that I found out about them. I give them 1,000 thumbs up!

Ordering was quick and easy. A phone call for additional information about delivery and return was returned promptly. The camera and lens that I rented arrived on time and in excellent working condition. When it came time to upload the photos to my Mac, I encountered a problem and called BorrowLenses.com for support. A tech returned my call within a half hour and while he could not tell me exactly where to find it online, he did point me to Nikon transfer software that was required (I was using a USB cable and not a card reader). Per his recommendation, I have now purchased a card reader - much faster! They acknowledged receipt of the camera and lens in good condition promptly. I would rent from them again and recommend them to others.

My experience with BorrowLenses.com was wonderful from start to finish. I rented the Nikon 200-400mm F4 lens for 4 weeks. My lens was delivered promptly, and in excellent condition. Any question I had about the rental process was handled in a professional and timely manner. I plan on using BorrowLenses again in the future.

A great company to rent from. I had my lenses on time when ordered. They did mis-ship one lens, but they overnighted the right lens as soon as I made them aware of the issue and I was good to go for my shoot. The test of customer service isn't seen when they get it right, it's how well they take care of you when they make a mistake. They are top notch in my book and the only place I will rent from in the future.

The lens arrived as per scheduled. It was in excellent condition and produced tacked sharp images. The ordering and return processes were simple and straight forward. Additionally, I was not "raked over the coals" with some of a down payment in order to rent the lens. Great!!!

Personable staff who know their stuff. I looked for what I wanted on their site but was unsure about a couple of lenses so I called and the person who answered was helpful and thorough about making sure I ordered what would work for me and gave me all kinds of tips and other useful information. I chose to collect the rental myself and that was really easy to do both ways.

Great price, great service, and most importantly great lens. My wide angle lens arrived on time and was a bomber add on to my backpacking trip. Had a little snafu with Fedex Ground due to my rural location. I called up BorrowedLenses and talked to a nice lady that took care of the problem and waived my late fee. That is pretty sweet.
