This was my first time renting from BorrowLenses.com, but it won't be my last. Everything worked exactly liked it should, from the ordering to the shipping to the communication. They also had the best prices and the least hassle of any of the big-name rental places.  
 
The equipment I rented helped me get professional results. I'm looking forward to renting from them for my Alaskan cruise.

Order process was smooth and easy to understand. Knew exactly what I was paying, the terms of renting. (when rental period started, when I needed to ship equipment back by, etc)  
 
Had an issue with only getting one tracking number (the items were split between two packages and I had to pick up at the shipping center) but a quick call got me a helpful rep that sent me over an e-mail with the second tracking number just in time to pick up the second package before FedEx closed, score!  
 
I just got my confirmation e-mail that the equipment arrived back safely and my order is now complete. Everything was so straightforward, I would definitely rent from BorrowLenses again.

It was so easy to rent the camera body. I had 1 whole day before needing to do an important shoot. The canon 5D arrived within 24 hrs from West coast to East Coast!

Excellent service. I used the website to set up a lens (Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM for Canon) to borrow for the week. Since I work nearby I opted to pick up the lens in the store; I was in and out in 5 min both for pick-up and drop-off. I'll definitely use their services again. Good lenses cost tons of money and if I really only need one for a few days, renting is the way to go.

Man these guys are great I am not a Pro & I can’t afford a lot of the lenses of there so it’s nice to have a place where I can rent them. Oh yeah if you don’t know what lens to get to fix your camera just ask them they helped me out. I recommend them to everyone I know and will be using the more often.

Highly recommended, an easy website to use, a fast easy pickup from their store in san mateo, the lens was in excellent condition and returned it with no problems at all. I will definitely use them again, for big lens rental it is way more cost effective for me than buying.

Excellent range of equipment for rental. Besides renting a lens, I rented the LensAlign tool for adjusting focus on all my lenses. Great way to get at equipment that you wouldn't purchase but could use just once in a while. Nice friendly place with good prices.

Best customer service EVER! Called several times with questions, always got a LIVE person who was very helpful and patient. Lens came super fast and was PERFECT. I was really sad to have to send it back! Ordering from them again this week. Such a great company, I have already referred several friends.
