When one ordered lens became unavailable, I was notified and received an upgraded lens at no additional cost. Return labels and instructions were included to make returning lenses easy. Borrowlenses offers a fantastic service. Their prices are good, the lens selection is fantastic and seems to be growing all the time, and they offer a good selection of occasional discounts and special promotions. I have used one of their competitors as well, and I would say that while both were pleasant experiences, Borrowlenses edged out the competition with a greater lens selection, faster communication, and for including a skylight filter and lens hood with my order (not true of the other guys). They are most definitely my lens rental company of choice!

Absolutely wonderful! I rented an 85mm lens for one week to take some office portraits. After a great deal of online research; BorrowLenses had the most competitive prices. They were friendly and personal in their communications; and even allowed a few extra days on the rental without me even asking. I will definitely return for any further rental needs.

As a first time customer I found the experience quite pleasant. Account creation was painless. The selection of available equipment was large and varied. The ability to schedule a rental for a future delivery date is a great feature. Pricing of rentals was quite acceptable and no deposit was required.
