If you have shopped around for a Camera for as long as I did then these guys are a breath of fresh air...I purchased the New model Canon 40D with the 17-85mm lens kit as a part of one of their kit packages! First of all...I ordered it on 9/19/2007 in the afternoon with the next day air service. I received it on 9/20/2007 at 9:05am!! WOW...What great service! Ralph was more than helpful as well as very pleasant to deal with. The product was in the original box and sealed. The accesories that came with it were just OK!! If you want great service and Great product in a very timely manor then Digicombos is great!! I will admit I was skepticle at first due to the price, but I am glad I did it!! My local Camera shop still hasn't gotten this new model in yet with the lens package I chose!!
The soft case is very Cheap...awful actually but what do you want for free! The rest of the accessories were perfectly fine! The filters are much better quality than I had expected for the price! I would def recomend this online store to my friends and family and I will def order from them in the future!! I hope that this helps anyone who is on the fence about their online purchase!! If you can...ask for Ralph x-105 he really helped me out and he is nice!! Reseller Ratings is one of the only sites that verifies your order so you will see that I am actually a customer and not an employee trying to beef up the rating! If you use a price comparison site ie:Bizrate.com, they don't verify that the reviewer actually bought something! Be careful and cross ref the online store with reseller ratings!!
I would like to add that people who are in too much of a RUSH to recieve their product might want to think about one MAJOR thing and I can say it in 2 words "Identity Theft"...Disregard anyone who complains because a store tries to upsell them!!! This is their job, they are sales people. If you don't want an extra battery, SAY NO!! But if you are complaining about the time it takes to process; then goto a store and pay more money!! DON'T SHOP ONLINE!! I hate when people put bad reviews on companies who do their jobs like sell and protect your identity! This company is reputable...I own my own company and I can tell you that I would def use digicombos again!!!

I had done a lot of homework and decided the Canon EOS 40D was my best choice. But at this time when they had just come out, made getting one difficult. Having read the reviews of several of the mail order businesses made me uneasy about going that route for purchasing. But they were the only ones who had the camera. DC didn't have any bad reviews at this time and they were open over Labor Day weekend so I spoke to them and placed an order. They promised I would have the camera before my vacation on Wednesday, Sept. 12th. Hopefully I'll see some numbers from UPS tomorrow or I'll start worrying. (I'll post later to inform as to how this turned out.)***** DigiCombos called later and apologized that they would not be able to get the camera to me in time. They offered a free gift to offset the inconvenience. They were straight with me, very courteous and apologetic. If they had enough of the cameras (a new Canon model) it would have worked out I am sure. By the way they never charged my credit card. Maybe I'll get a chance to do business with them again under different circumstances.

I brought my combo package and everything went through except that the memory stated was 4GB Micro Drive but I got was a CF. Which I preferred anyway. After I call them to confirm, they ask me if I wanted to buy extra battery, etc which I did not. The sales guy didn't pressure me anymore. But I did ask him about the Battery Grip which I mistakenly looking at a different model (which is cheaper by $40), he went ahead and give me that price. I would buy from these people again....
