Wow! Not only did they have a discounted combo package that very few other stores carry (a D90 with the 18-200mm Nikkor lens), but they had it for a very good price. The thing that I am impressed with is that I actually made a mistake when I ordered it - it was very late and I had been looking at 50-60 Nikon bundles around the Web. They did an order confirmation request and caught the problem! I'm pissed at myself for screwing up, but thrilled that they caught it and made the corrections quickly and easily!

I spent 2 weeks shopping around and trying to get a good price when i realized that a really good price comes with a really good game , so after understanding that the lowest price is not a real price I discovered DigiCombos , one of the best prices (not the lowest) By far the best customer relation , A guy named Jason spoke to me on the phone for 15 min explaining everything when i straight out told him that I am not ready to place my order yet , his reply "I don't work on commission so whats a difference if i talk to you or the next person" after 15 min of talking i said now let me go shop around his reply "if you have anymore questions feel free to call me" , sure enough i place my order 2 days later with DigiCombos .

A very good seller. I checked the lower priced retailers on here and all had bad reviews (100% bad). If you're polite to them they'll treat you right. Ordered a Canon G9 for 426.00 (free shipping) and got a grey market (Made in Japan) version which I'm totally happy with. VERY fast shipping. They'll try to sell you a thing or two, but they don't press you if you decline. Very friendly to deal with. I like them a lot. Ben.

I liked both the buying experience and the price of Canon 40D kit. I had to have a pleasant conversation to "confirm" the order and discuss some accessories that could go along... Not a big deal. The product arrived on time. Everything was new and as listed on the web site.

I was looking all over for the Nikon d300. When i called them to place the order i spoke to Jack at Ext 125. He was so knowledgeable, And very patient with answering all my questions. I received every thing in the box just as described online. I am defiantly going to be purchasing from them again. They have the cheapest price out there. DigiCombos was by far the best company i delt with , after shopping online for 2 weeks to make sure iam absolutely getting the best deal online for my Digital SLR i came across these combos they offer , so i figured OK they will for sure try really hard to up sell me at that kind of price , so i called the toll free number and the rep was really nice , yes he did offer me a extended warranty which i didn't get , that night i was emailed a tracking number with OVERNIGHT shipping when all i paid for was GROUND , and sure enough my package was here the next day .

I am very skeptical of EVERY online purchase and him-hawwed for a long time before my purchase. I ordered an XTi package (combo) and could not be happier with the decision. The order was placed on Sunday afternoon after 3:00pm, I called a short time later and was suprised to get an answer, the man confirmed my order, and noted on the order my prefference of the black camera body. I received my entire order at a little after 4:00pm on Tuesday. I didn't even request the overnight upgrade!!! Every item in the package is new and the US WARRANTY was sitting right on top inside the camera box. The camera works perfectly. VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY!
