Have placed an order but it seems like they don't have the act together cause the product has not been sent out eventhough it is now over a week. Try to contact them via web, phone and email. No replies what so ever. I wonder who had posted the comments on this reseller for a good prompt delivery. I am in process of contacting them so, I can see where things are hanging because they had took out my money but the product has not been in transit, that is if they have it the procduct. Hope this review gets on the latest review for this reseller cause I would like to stop future purchasers to think again.

We buy a CDRW/DVD Sony white and they sent it black, everytime we call the same guy answer the phone. They even cant ship to a different address from credit card.

The product I purchased was not the one that was advertised. I purchased a 100 disc spool of generic 52x certified CD-R discs. What I got were discs not capable of going over 40x. This is a significant difference. When I e-mailed MemoryMedia.com about the error I received NO reply. They completely ignored me. It was a waste of money and now I'm stuck with a product that does not perform the way the seller claims and the way I, as a consumer, expect. Do not do business with this company. I know I never will again.

They advertised "CD-R 50pack 80 min 730mb 48X silver top in cake box" on Price Watch. They shipped 50 shrink wrapped CD-Rs, no cake box, no label. I was suspicious because there was no label, so I asked if they were really 48x. No response. I unwrapped and tried one. It's a 16x. If I'd wanted 16x, I would have paid less. This is outright FRAUD.
Also, they added $1 for residential delivery, while that's not inherently unreasonable, I believe it violates Price Watch's rules.

Memorymedia certainly has a great selection of memory products at reasonable prices; however, in my experience, the advertised prices are not reliable. I was looking at memory prices on pricewatch.com when I came across a reasonable offer for 512 MB of SDRAM for my PC2700-capable motherboard. Memorymedia's ad instructed buyers to mention Pricewatch in order to get the lower price, so when I ordered the RAM via their site, I did. Shipping was pretty fast, but when I received the memory, they still invoiced me the price on their own website and not the one listed on Pricewatch. Consequently, I filed a complaint through Pricewatch, but didn't get any response. Finally, when I got my credit card statement, it turned out that Memorymedia, in addition to ignoring their promises on Pricewatch, had charged an additional $3.10 to my credit card. Where they got that amount from, I have no idea. I have subsequently tried to contact the company multiple times, but it seems that my requests for an explanation of their conduct are being consistently ignored. I will certainly never do business with this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone else, despite the fact that the amount of my dispute with them is relatively small. I ordered a Radeon 9500 from Memory Media. The webpage specifically said that it was the older model, with the red PCB, that you could softmod to turn it into a 9700PRO. Well, 4 days later, when my order hadn't shipped, I called and asked why, and they said they had no idea, but that it would go out that day. They fedexed it to me, and when I opened up the package, and low and behold, what do I see, but the new version of the card, on the black PCB, which you CAN'T mod at all. I called them, and they said "well, we don't know which one we're going to get sent, the red or the black," so I politely told him that on their webpage it SAID red, black wasn't even mentioned. I now have to return the card and buy somewhere else, but I checked their page, just for kicks, and they still specify under that item that it's the red pcb, not black.
UPDATE:
It's been a week since Fedex Picked my card up, they still haven't gotten it, and they won't give me a tracking number for it. Once they do, it takes 2-3days for them to put it in the system, and another couple days to process it. So it looks like it'll be about three weeks after sending the card before I finally get my money back. ordered item on 11/29/02. Memorymedia invoiced the item 12/2/02. Turns out item was out of stock even though webiste showed in-stock. No notice given that item was out of stock. Charged my account on 12/3/02 even though item had not shipped which is contrary to their own policy as stated at their website. I had never heard of this company until I began to search for DDR SDRAM. I found them listed on nextag.com, but they had no reviews. They advertised a low price on a 256MB stick of PC1600 DDR SDRAM with ECC, and free shipping. I ignored the little voice in my head and ordered. First off, they charged me $1 for shipping after they advertised free shipping. Oh, well, it was only a buck. The shipment was sent Fedex 2 day. When I recieved the order, it was a stick of 256MB PC2700 DDR SDRAM. DO they not look at what they are packaging up for shipment?!!! After a few phone calls, I finally figured out that you can only get an RMA# through email, and only by clicking a link on their site. It took 2 days to get the RMA#. On top of that, they said they would not pay for return shipping, and they said they would charge me a 15% restocking fee if I tried to return it for refund! I decided to return it for exchange. I have sent at least 3 emails concerning this return, and I have not had a reply. I called and talked to someone in sales and she didn't know anything about my order. I checked my order status today on their website and I finally see that they have shipped the new chip out to me. I guess I'll have to wait and see if this one is correct. My new build is waiting on this ram. If it is wrong this time, I guess I'll eat the 15% and return it for refund. I do know one thing: I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

Ordered a stick of 512MB PC2700 Samsung DDR. Got a stick with 7ns NANYA parts on it, and a paper sticker saying PC2700. A little bit of math shows that you need *at least* 6ns RAMS to achieve PC2700 speeds - and of course the stick wouldn't operate at all unless I forced it to run at PC2100 clock frequency.
Sent email, filled out 2 requests for RMA on the web site - got a deafening silence as a response. Finally got through the 30 minute telephone support hold to speak to a live person and finally got an RMA number.
Returned the part, took them almost 3 weeks to credit my purchase back. Tech support said since it was their mistake they'd also credit me for shipping charges for the return - they didn't.
Be very careful you get what you ordered, or better yet spend an extra dollar or two and buy from a reputable company like newegg or googlegear.

Still waiting for some kind of response/invoice/email from the 3 separate requests I've made over three days by email.
I'm really bummed cuz I can't get my comp up and running without this email.
Rating is such a hassle especially when it's a bad one. I've been waiting since late July for my order and still haven't heard a peep from these guys.
If I ever get my memory I'd advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this seller.

Just don't buy from this company. Please.
Attempted a motherboard purchase last week (4/23/2002), never received a receipt email with an invoice number, was never told it was on backorder, and had my credit card charged with the purchase anyway. Took three calls a week later to figure all of this out and get the order cancelled.
One note -- the first person I talked to, Julia, was worthless as a representative. The second managed to resolve the problem in less than a minute (and even sounded angry at the first person for screwing up twice).

I took a chance on this company even though I read other bad reviews. I ordered the gen16xsp500 on a Sunday and received it on a thursday which was great! The packaging was ok, the price was fair, the cds worked fine. But I did Problem was it was the wrong order!!!!! I thought to myself before hand how it was virtually impossible to mess up cds. But they proved it could be done. It clearly stated on memorymedia.com site that these cds were 80mins which equals 700mb. Guess what they LIE. The cds are 650mb. And now I have cds that I really can't use since all the stuff I burn are from 650mb - 700mb. And if I want to return them it I have to fork out the money to ship it back which will be around $20 and I also figure they would probably say the cds are fine and are 700mb so then I would've waste lots of time and energy. So I guess you do get what you pay for. I recommend everyone to NOT ever buy from this company again. You will be like me and all the others that came before me. You'll be one unhappy customer.

Well, I got the memory I ordered, a stick of 512M DDR 2700. It works, I don't know if it is 2700, though after reading some of the other reviews. They didn't take long to ship.

Decent. I ordered a CD Burner from this place because it was extremely cheap, ended up adding an ATI Radeon8500 64/DDR video card to the order since the price was also very low.
I got an email with a FedEx tracking number and nothing else, besides the recepit page on their site at the end of the checkout.
Both items seem OEM, boxless, and came bubblewrapped in static-safe stuff. That is cool with me if that is how I save money.
The drive seems great in appearance and performance, a 16x NEC CD-burner. The OEM video card was slower than the GeForce2 on my old CPU, although much faster than the GF2 (in quake3 anwyay) on my new cpu but before I knew this, I made an RMA request suggesting I exchange it for a different card, but no response. Probably because nothing's really wrong with it.
Lack of detailed confimation aside, I must admit I got 2 good well-working peices of hardware, promptly, and at a Very low price. This review was modified by its author, clickpop, on
