Nice products, easy to deal with. They drop shipped my order, and I have a feeling that they do this with many of their orders. Still, my order was shipped in 3 days, not bad.  
 
Customer service was friendly if not incredibly helpful. Good place to shop, completely legit.

I ordered a couple of their Floortex chair mats and the order process was very smooth. They were also helpful over the phone with my product questions. Their price was the best I could locate on the net and the shipping was free. After a few days had gone by, I called the company to inquire about the shipment and to ask for tracking information when it shipped. They were responsive with phone calls, email follow-up and I did get the tracking information as requested. It took about a week for the order to arrive and they drop-shipped to me from Floortex's factory via Fedex. This was my first order with them and I was very satisfied.
